"hey..how have you been, shoyo.." taichi said. it wasn't a question, it was more of an unsure statement. sure, he was nervous, but nobody was more nervous than shoyo himself.
"good. um. how about you?" shoyo responded hesitantly
"i've been better, you know." taichi responded with glints of sadness in his eyes
"..if this is about high school.." shoyo says and stops
"look, i just wanted to apologize. i was a stupid teenager that thought i could get away with so much more than i actually could." taichi rushed in before shoyo could finish
"look, its..fine, it was a while ago, im over it, really." shoyo says
"yeah, um.."
"i just wanted to...ask if you wanted to hang out sometime? to make up for everything.." taichi says, uneasily
if shoyos face could have dropped just a little more, then it did.
"make up? you mean like..start our relationship over?" he asks
"i mean, yeah. you seemed to really like me in high school and that was a couple years ago so i just thought-" taichi says before getting cut off
"look, i came here. i could've just went on with my day. i accepted your apology, but that doesn't mean i accept you back into my life! i had a choice to come here, or to just ghost you, and i chose to come, so get your head out of your ass, and look into reality where you dated me as a joke." shoyo deadpanned
"what?!" taichi says
"i-" shoyo says before getting cut off
he felt a hand touch his shoulder and as he looks up, he sees a curly haired man.
none other than sakusa kiyoomi.
"hey, shoyo." kiyoomi says, looking over at taichi judgmentally
"hi.." shoyo says
"oh, and who's that, shoyo?" taichi questions
"he's um..-"
"im his boyfriend." sakusa interrupts
"mhm..!" shoyo says, going along with it
"oh, right.." taichi says
"yeah um.. sorry man." he says as he leaves the table, walking out of the door quickly, and obviously disappointed
"god, kiyoomi! you could've said cousin, sibling, something, but you chose boyfriend?!" shoyo almost screams
"yeah, but it went fine didn't it?" he answers
"plus, don't you think, "shoyo, kiyoomi's boyfriend" sounds fitting for you?" he adds
"..whatever." shoyo whispers, looking away from the man to hide the blush spread on his face

"i'm telling you, iwa-chan! he was right there!!!" a loud brunette yells
"yeah, well obviously not if your nephew is missing!?!?" a spiky haired man yells back
"oh my god, iwa-chan!!! i need to find him or my sister is going to kill me very very brutally!!!"
"WELL THEN LETS GO LOOK FOR HIM?" 'iwa-chan' yells
"OKA-"
"OHMYGOD!"
"WHAT, DAMNIT?!"
"iwa-chan! look isn't that the one chibi-chan orange guy shimizu wanted us to go out with?" the brunette says, pointing somewhere.
"oh yeah thats what it looks like oikawa.." iwaizumi says
"what's he doin with THE sakusa kiyoomi?" oikawa asks

the scene seemed majestic for some.
sakusa kiyoomi and hinata shoyo just arrived at the park iwaizumi and oikawa where at the time, hinata had an arm around sakusa's, they both seemed happy, all cuddled up next to each other while walking.
something WAS off, though..
there was a man with flat, orange hair, looking sadly at the unannounced 'couple'
