Kuzaki: If I remember correctly, this picture was taken two months after he was strapped on the naval gun. I think this is his payback towards the US navy.
Hise: In this picture. The US requested a nearby Japanese fleet which is my fleet. And they said that they need some "books" to read. So I told Yamatomo, who at the time was commanding the JS Kaga, to deliver it to them
