Ok im sorry to say this but for anyone who gets offended by a fictional character needs,to think what their getting offended by,
like how is getting offended by something like genderbends making a hcaracter who's bi gay or straight a different sexuality offensive and plus it's dumb to get offended when these are fictional characters.
I Actually see that as pure ignorance cause all getting offended over fictional stuff leads,to pure ignorance and not thinking cause their is no reason to get pissed off about cause it's merely wasting your own time.
cause honestly you sound like an idiot when getting offended by fiction and dont take it up to the Author it makes you sound even more ignorant when a fanfic writer or author of a popular series
Another thing,the author of the fanfic doesn't even consider their fanfic cannon so why would it matter to the cannon of any series if they changed stuff infact nobody of the original Series would actually care about some fanfic so why waste your time
