Back down on the court, Kise caught his breath before catching another pass. And it was once again the two aces facing down against each other. That might've come as a shock to some because of the already failed attempt of Kaijo trying to use him.

Oh, they hadn't seen anything yet.

Instead of trying to get past Aomine like he had the first time, the blonde copycat bent down and launched himself into the air rather quickly. And it looked very familiar. Sakurai couldn't help but to feel faint from the shock of seeing it.

"What?!"

"That bastard's stealing Sakurai's moves!"

Wakamatsu had heard of the blonde miracle's ability to copy something he had only seen once, but to see it in real life was something else. And something to be reckoned with. However, one person wasn't so worried.

"I see you're a clever copycat as always," Aomine smirked before jumping up into the air as well, holding his hand up high.

"But that won't get you far today!"

Kise should've known better than to assume he'd catch the navy haired ace off guard. And just like he had feared, Aomine's fingers tapped the ball, throwing it off its course. The ball then hit the basket, but didn't fall in and bounced off the backboard in a rebound as Imayoshi quickly got the ball.

One couldn't help but to let their jaws drop slightly as they witnessed Aomine catch up to Kise, even with such a late jump. It wasn't going to end well for Kaijo if Touou became in control of the game.

Dribbling down the court, the glasses wearing captain of Touou thought that this would simply be another easy point gain for his team. But it wouldn't be as simple as he thought. Kasamatsu wasn't going to let that happen as he made a quick move, knocking the ball out of Imayoshi's grasp, a steal. The blue team's captain was soon wide open, allowing him to jump and shoot a three.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Did you really think we'd just hand over control to you that easily?" The steely eyed boy sarcastically questioned.

Kaijo wasn't going down without a hell of a fight, and Kasamatsu would make sure of that as the two teams were now tied.

"Let's get to work, defense! We're not gonna give them an edge," the captain told the rest of the team, gaining responses from each of them.

Hyuga sat there in shock for a second. Usually, at least this was what he would've done, the captain would regroup the team before going on and attacking, but Kasamatsu just went in and broke Touou's control. He really was an incredible captain.

"We can give you all the follow-ups you'll need. Don't slow down," the steely eyed boy called over to Kise.

"Yeah, you got it, boss," the blonde responded casually.

Oh, but Kasamatsu wasn't going to be letting Kise off the hook that easily. What were those sad excuses of him just charging in like that against Aomine? It pissed the captain off as a red tick mark appeared on his forehead. Not a good sign for the copycat as he soon felt a hard force push him down to the ground.

"But you gotta stop letting them catch up, you frickin' idiot!" Kasamatsu yelled as he kicked Kise with his foot.

"I'm sorry!" The model cried as comic tears poured out of his eyes.

Sitting on the bench, the (h/c) haired boy couldn't hide his smile at his friend's misery for a split second.

"Look at that, he got mad at Kise before me in a game this time. Maybe I'm finally starting to stay on his good side," Hibiki commented as he sat up a little taller, turning his nose upwards in a proud manner.
