1) Look for agreement John 13:35 ," By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” - always find a solution to agree with each other.
2) Remain teachable - be humble in your teachings. - in god's river there are many streams and we all can learn from eachother. - age doesn't matter, god can use any person of any age for knowledge.
3) Don't take disagreement personally - when any believer is giving doctrine or sermon please don't take as a personal attack.
4) Disagree biblically - if you are disagree with a person do it biblical, not like sinner.
5) Stay away from drama - you must love and honor eachother. - pray for unity of church - encourage the body of Christ together - pray for the members of church
Satan always tries his best for division, but you are the child of god, encourage one another and try to avoid such things.
