Alameen's POV....

I made sure I saw her leave in her car before getting out of the place as well. She didn't say anything to me and I didn't push her to talk. I'm so glad I was there when it happened otherwise that jerk would've gotten away with it. I can't help but felt guilty of the possibilities of me not being around. After Habib told me what transpired, I just couldn't help it and had to drove myself down there to at least get a glimpse of her. And when I saw Habib leave and she was still there,I had to wait and I'm so happy I did. At least now I know her reason for pushing me away. Well,I just might. Because it's clear she was scared to face the reality. She's still hurt by something. Maybe looking at his face make the wound anew.
I drove down to Habib's office and parked. I went to his office and found him on the phone. Judging by the way he was smiling and closing his eyes, that could only be one person,his wife. I sat down and waited for what seemed like hours before the Romeo finally got off the phone with Juliet.
" You know, even Romeo and Juliet didn't get to enjoy their love to the very best."I whispered.

" Says the guy who haven't been sleeping because of a girl. And for the record, this is Habib and Iman's story. And by the will of God, we will get to make our love blossom into a beautiful garden."

" Habib the great poet. Was that poetry I heard in a line." I teased.

" Whatever man. I know you're here to hear how it went." Habib said and tell me everything that transpired between him and Hannah. I also narrated everything that happened back at the mall to him and he was so happy I stepped in for her. As if I'd let some idiot mock her.

" But if you knew you'd followed me, then why didn't you save me the trouble and did it yourself." Here he goes again.

" Come on, you know I'd still tell you even if nothing happened and didn't you just said you're happy I was there." I said folding my arms looking at him.

" Yeah I did."
Sighs " I really am. I mean she have been through so much already. As I said earlier, you have to be patient. I'm sure she'll come around. Just, maybe not now but she will and I'm sure by now, she must have realizes just how much you love her and how far you're willing to go just for her."

" Yeah I hope so. And again, cheers to Habib,the great poet. I should start coming to you for lessons. You know, another weapon to winning my girl's heart." I said with a wink.

" Oh God, Alameen leave my office. I need to get back to work. Go bother someone else."

" Okay,draw back the sword. I'm leaving." I said raising my hands up in surrender. Getting to the door, I turned around to him " Thanks man. I really appreciate you for all the sweat man."

" Well, it's what we do for brothers man. Now,carry your legs out of my office." He said getting back to his phone.

" Of course." I said chuckling. I carried my legs to where I parked my car and drove out.
