Shirahara Hamato had always known she wanted to be a hero. She lived happily with her parents in New York City. But she wasn't happy at all. Shira just got into surgery and her sisters had been waiting for her to wake up from her coma. The epic crime wave that had the police paralyzed and its citizens terrified. A dock worker she had interviewed with was about the criminals who were still in a chemical use for genetic research. Was she following up to that lead? Was she investigating the highly trained robbers called the Foot Clan, who were supposedly responsible? Was she reporting on the mysterious leader called Shredder, who no one has seen? No.

On the first day of spring in the most expensive thing in the world, a woman was in Addison Square Park holding a microphone with the cameramen rolling in front of her. Her big story today was about being a tactical fitness trainer, who had invented something. It was supposedly her mutilating series.

Reporters didn't want to report live from a trampoline, she wanted to investigate the crime wave sweeping the city. The woman knew she could find a show for her. She was the best investor Channel 6 News had- only her colleagues didn't realize it. That was why her boss had given her the trampoline story. She had to prove herself. She wished she could talk to her dad about it. But sadly, he died in a fire laboratory years ago. These days she could talk to her cameraman about everything she had.

When they reunited at the office, the woman went to her work, checking and rechecking ships' recordings for the chemical the dock worker had mentioned. She said the investigation led to a big discovery: another shipment of the chemical was expected that night. The woman desires she would be there to meet it.

During the day, men unloaded huge containers from cargo ships but they died. There was no one around. She stashes her back near the abandoned water house and walks toward the road shipping containers. She looked carefully around the docks for clues. Maybe she would find evidence that would lead her to Shredder. Everything around here is quiet, not even though it was very dark at night.

Suddenly, the woman heard tires squealing. She looked up to see a common truck and vans and Suvs screech to a stop. Doors of the vehicles flew open and the men leapt onto the docks. She quickly hid behind a dumpster, but not before she got a good look. They are dressed like ninjas and their faces are covered by Japanese theater masks. It was the Foot Clan.

The Foot soldiers swam the shipping containers. They pull cables, police and other equipment from their packs. They move quickly and silently attach their cables to the cargo crates. They're going to steal them.

The woman couldn't believe it. She was finally in the middle of the action. She reached for her camera, but never got a chance to use it. Three Foot soldiers emerge from the shadows in front of her and they stalk her menacingly. There is a mess glinting in the moonlight as they drew closer. The woman had a feeling she was in serious trouble.

Just then, a cry went up along the docks. The Foot soldiers were under attack at the ship shipping containers. They shut it in front of the weapons into the night. It looks like they were battling unseen. Someone or something knocked the soldiers aside and sent them flying across the docks. Some were dragged into the shadows. Others were whisked into the water as if by an invisible hand, Even the soldiers who ran into the woman were plucked into the air and tossed into the dumpster like yesterday's trash.

It was so dark she couldn't see how it happened. She almost believed there was an invisible hand but her reporter instincts told otherwise she was running for the ship's containers determined to find out who or what was attacked in the Foot Clan.
