We are here and not here,
I hold your hand once and now it is not there,
Feels shallow for a heart so full yet whenever I blink all I can think is how I see things from the outside,
Because dissociative headaches cuts threads and makes threats turn into thoughts and thoughts into pain,
Pain that never existed in the first place,
This "I" is not me,
Therefore, it must be dissociative.
