Alyssa tugged at her suit. Her nerves getting the best of her.

She's at one of her friend's wedding. Their friend's wedding.

She knows, at one point that it's inevitable to meet her ex here. Nagpaalam rin naman si Jia sa kanya. Well, wala ng magagawa. Jia is like her little sister and would do anything for her. Yes, even if it meant facing her ex-girlfriend for four years, they would have been together for five years already but last year they finally decided to separate ways.

There she was.

It's not hard to spot her.

She's gorgeous.

Wearing pastel pink dress, her hair curled and is flowing freely. Alyssa can say she saw an angel for the nth time.

It's like everything blurs around them. It's the two of em. Only them.

Only it's not the case after few seconds...

A man, slightly taller than her ex came trailing behind her. 'Kano ata.

Her brow creased as she watched him put a hand on her ex's lower back.

Both new comer smiled sweetly at each other.

Napahawak si Alyssa sa dibdib nya. Checking. Keeping her heart in check.

She breathed a deep sigh.

A frown still graced her lips though.

Sounds creepy but I subtly followed them with my eyes.

They finally got to sit on some row ahead of her. The guy whispered something in her ear which made her giggle.

She also caught them teasing each other.

Or he would sometimes flick her ear gently. She's ticklish on her ear. She would flinch and look at his way but he would act innocent.

Another frown painted her lips.

She used to do that to her.

Pero hindi sya nasasaktan.
