Rhiannon's POV

The honeymoon felt like it flew by. Maui was beautiful. Each day was full of beach trips and sightseeing around the island. What I loved most was all my time with Josh. With recording and touring I didn't get to see him as much as I loved too, but I knew what I signed up for. We made sure to text Sloan every day to check in. We knew it was probably annoying but we were so excited. The last 3 days of the trip I had been feeling a little off but blamed being sunburned and probably a little dehydrated due to the summer heat.

"Do you have the boarding pass my love?" Josh asked digging in his pockets,

"Yes," I giggled as I pulled it out and handed it to him,

"I swear I'd be lost without you." He smiled as he kissed me,

"I know you would," I grinned back at him. We walked towards our gate and I sunk down in the seat, rubbing my head.

"I wish we didn't have to go back so soon, its been so great to have a break." Josh said as he sat next to me, "I wonder if Sloan is showing yet,"

"I bet not, I think its still too early." I still couldn't believe we were having twins. I smiled to myself as I looked at my shoes. Someone walked by carrying some type of food and instantly covered my nose with my hand. A sudden wave a nausea hitting me. "I'll be back" I said quickly to Josh before running to the bathroom that luckily was close. I ran into the stall and hunched over the toilet as I threw up. I sighed as I sat back on my heels, I had a few suspicions over the last few days, but I didn't believe it until now. I had felt like this before, 2 years ago. It couldn't be though? I had stopped my fertility treatment, and if it didn't work for the years we tried why would it now? I shook the thought and wiped my face, rinsing my mouth out before walking back out to Josh.

"Are you ok?" He asked, rubbing my back as I sat back down.

"Yeah, I think I have food poisoning or something?" I said as I sipped my water,

"Do we need to change our flight?" He asked concerned,

"No, I just want to get home, could you go to the little store and see if they have nausea meds though?"

"Sure thing, anything for my wife" He smiled and gave me a kiss on the forehead. I just shook my head and grinned, he made sure to call me that every chance he got. After a while he walked back over with a ginger ale and some medicine. I thanked him and took the medicine. Before I knew it our flight was boarding for the 9 hour flight back to Nashville. Thankfully we were flying first class and I had a seat big enough lie down in. About 5 hours in the nausea hit me again and I hurried off to the bathroom. When I got back to my seat Josh was eyeing me,

"Rhiannon..." He trailed off, I tried to avoid his eyes "What are you not telling me?"

"Nothing," I said plainly as I dug in my carry on bag

"Rhiannon." He said more pointed this time, he grabbed my chin and tilted it to him. I felt tears in my eyes,

"I've been feeling sick the last few days, and I thought it was just being tired and getting too hot during the day, but now I'm not so sure." I admitted,

"You-you think you're-" He asked, his eyes getting wide

"I don't know, but I feel like I did the first time.." I said quietly, a single tear falling. I wasn't sad, I was scared. I knew when I started fertility treatment I had a risk of losing a baby again, but I wasn't sure I'd survive it again.

"We can take a test as soon as we get home, if you want?" He offered, taking my hand.

"Can we wait and just go to the doctor? I don't want a false positive or something like that," I said softly,
