Merlin POV

I'd never known the dragon to be like that. He had never shouted at me. NEVER. What was so different about this time. The doctor, that was what's wrong. This 'amazing' man who is a time lord from gallifrey in the constilation of kastaborous.SO WHAT? Everyone liked him but they see me as a stupid little boy who is just a servant. I'm still crying and feel like i've been punched in the stomach. It hurts so much, Kilgharrah was my saviour and has just pushed me away. I trembled upmamd splashed my face with water. Everyone was turning against me. I walked out of my room grabbed a ham sandwhich and strutted out completely ignoring The Doctor+ Gaius. I walked down the corridor to Arthur's chambers but i got, let's just say side tracked. "Halt!" demanded a guard. I stopped immediatly, i wasn't in the mood for trouble this morning. "aah merlin the sorcerer, but to me the troublesome waste of space." said the guard, "boys!" called the guard whistiling. Suddenly i was surrounded by 10 other guards and knights with big muscles and cold smiles wiped on their faces. "oh dear." mumbled merlin. This was NOT good. "here, let me take your jacket." taunted a knight, that never actually liked me, he ripped my jacket off with so much force i fell to my knees. They all laughed wickedly. "let me help you up!" chuckled another picking me up by the hair and tossing me back to the wall. I wimpered. "lets take him to somewhere quieter." urged the ring leader this, it may get... loud!" Before merlin could react a rag was shuved in my mouth and he was slung over a knights shoulder...

Arthur POV

I stormed into gauis's chambers. "where is that dim wit?" i shouted

"i thought he was with you sire?" replied Gaius worridly.

"i'll give him an hour." i saod, i was in a VERY bad mood. Surely there was no need to get worried... surely!?

The Doctor POV

"Gaius, the prophecy is coming true. As much as i want to save him i have to let it come true. It is to hard to resist so o'm leaving. You will see me again though." i explained, "got to pick Rory and Amy up anyway!"

"be careful doctor, the darkness is coming, the silence are coming." warned Gaius

"i've heard someone say that before..." i mumbled, "goodbye!" with that i ran to the tardis and went to pick Rory and Amy up from Venice- hopefully there were no vampires this time!

Merlin POV

I was taken to the quietest part of Camelot. It was cold and my legs were tied up and my hands were chained to a wall with some very strange chains. "that's better!" one laughed and kicked me in the arm. He was particuly horrible and then decided to get a club and beat me in the stomach then jumped on me standing on the fresh wound "aaaaaarrrrgggghhhhhh!" i screamed but was muffled out by the piece of cloth in my mouth. Suddenly i felt something burning around my wrists. I screamed in pain "whenever make to loud a noise the chains will burn your skin." explained the leader whose name was Andrew. From his trouser pocket he released a long black whip. Stand back people. My eyes were wide with fear as Amdrew flung the whip behind his back then slammed it down on my stomach with all his strength again and again then stopped because the whip broke. I was crying in pain then the chains began to burn me. "never learns this one!" laughed one andrew grinning. I blacked out but was soon brought back by the horrible guard strangling me. I began to cry. "aahh has litle merlin had enough." laughed Andrew pulling my shoes and socks of and burning them along with my jacket and neckerchief. I was freezing. Two men came behind me and hauled me up kicking me in the process. From the fire andrew picked up a bracelet and put it strided over to me. The men behind me released the chains from around my wrist. I struggled i did not like this. Cruelly andrew placed the braclelt on my wrist "if you dear breathe a word of this to anyone then if i say Burn it will cause you the most un imaginable pain." explained the smartest guard

"oowww make it stop!" i cried. He stopped it. You can go straight to arthur now, if you don't i'll say the word. I walked slowly out of the door just in my shirt and trousers towards arthurs chambers.

Arthur POV

There was a knock at the door. I recongnised the knock, "merlin you better have a damn right go-!" i said but stopped as i saw merlin limping into the room

"sorry sire." mumbled Merlin

"what happened?" i asked, "here sit down." merlin winced as he sat down with his hand to his head. He had obviously been crying in pain.

"i- aaarrgghhhh!" merlin yelped. He fell of his chair and was on his hands and knees panting.

"what's wrong?"

i... c... an....t say." merlin managed. I'd never seen him like that. It broke my heart.
