OUT OF TIME

20 years since the victory of heroes against the Paranormal Liberation Army, the World became an apocalyptic wasteland... The once popular school UA became a refugee camp both for heroes and civilians alike

"Almost... It just needs a few tweaks"

A man suddenly bursts through the door

"Hatsume! Melissa! Is the machine ready? We're running out of time!"

"Almost there, but I need to run simulations first can you buy us more time?" Melissa Shield replied as she prepares the program to run the machine

"We can try but... Dynamight is the only one fighting... Shoto and the others are gone..." Iida tries to hold back his tears for their fallen comrades

"Froppy how are things in your front?" Hatsume asked through the comms while assisting Melissa with the program "Are the kids alright???"

"They're okay, Creati and Illus-o-Camie evacuated all of our children except the siblings" She responded

"Froppy, bring them... we can't run simulations anymore we'll lose precious time" Melissa reluctantly ordered

"Alright, we're on our way ribbit"

"Iida, you need to help Dynamight buy more time to get the siblings to the machine" Melissa uttered visibly panicking

"No! My husband has done enough!" Hatsume exclaimed at the inventor approaching her significant other

"Hatsume, we have no choice... I'm worried as well but we have to make sure they get here so they can use the machine..." Melissa uttered visibly desperate...

"Still! I-I can't... Tenya!" She muttered hugging her husband

"It's alright Mei... It's what we do as heroes right?" He whispered holding his wife closer "Evacuate once you get them out of here alright?"

"M-make sure you survive baka!" Hatsume ordered "Ransu needs his dad!"

"He's 14 years old Mei... I know he'll understand" The former class rep uttered "Be careful alright, Mrs. Iida" giving his wife a light kiss on her forehead before approaching another familiar hero

"Red Riot can you still fight?" The recipro powered hero asked "I know it's a lot to ask... but we're the only ones left to hold him off"

"I can and I will Iida you know that" Kirishima replied standing up after being covered with bandages

"Eiji! I'm coming with you!" uttered the woman beside him

"No... Mina you need to stay here for... Najiro"

"In case I don't make it... atleast he has his mother" The sturdy hero uttered smiling, hugging his wife

Mina hit her husband on his chest even though he's injured "Don't say that idiot! You better come back!" She ordered planting a kiss on his lips

"If their kids succeed it doesn't matter anyway right?" Eijiro smiled at his wife before heading out with Iida
