I believe in God. I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God who died for me and is risen. He says that I matter, and so do you.
For those who don't believe in God, think of the scientific definition of matter:
Matter is anything that has mass and takes up space.
You matter to God and science. You have a purpose, and you are loved.
