席に着くと、彼はもう...

He's gone. He's gone. He's gone. He's gone.

I know that he's gone... Yet my eyes and ears still search for him. Norman's gone. His death is painful

"We've done enough. Let's die here" Ray said

"Huh?" Emma hummed

"It's impossible. We're surrounded by cliffs. And the only bridge is the one going out of the head-quarters. Beside I'm tired" Ray said

"What..." Don muttered

"I'm really tired" Ray added

"Then what about this?" Emma asked holding out the device Ray created

"I don't need it. You can save it. If you want to escape, go. I'm out. Sorry Emma... Y/n" Ray answered

Emma frowned and ran "Emma!!" I yelled

~

"Emma and Ray are like completely different people. Are we really going to be able to escape like this?" Gilda questioned

"There's no point in getting scared" They both turned to me surprised as I had a book in my arms

I gulped "Us three should do the best we can"

"Yeah" Don and Gilda said in unison I nodded

I saw Mom drop a key and was going to give it back to her when I found her bedroom door slightly open so I could peek inside

I saw no one there and entered and saw the secret room which Don and Gilda have explored

I wanted to enter, even if Mom was there

I stopped myself before going in because I could hear Mom's voice

"Yes... Yes... Okay. Hm? Alright.... Oh yes! She'll be prepared for the next shipment"

{Huh...?}

Nothing moved forward... Time.

Two months later

Sunday, January 14,2046, 23:38

Emma and I walked through the hallways quietly

He opened the door and it creaked, we found Ray

"Ray. What are you doing at this hour?" Emma asked him

"It's my last chance, so I'm saying goodbye to this house" Ray said

"Oh" Emma muttered

"It's your birthday tomorrow...?" I asked

"Yeah. Tonight's the last night. Tomorrow I'm getting shipped out" Ray explained

"Hey, Emma and Y/n. Tell me. Did you really give up? You haven't actually given up, right?" Ray asked

Emma and I simply smiled
