Sidharth and police reached there and found shehnaaz while diljeet and other members were arrested sidnaaz got married and have two cute babies Sana have some complications during her pregnancy because of which sidharth asked her to seprate but shehnaaz didn't agree at all and at last sidharth had to agree to her wish, he took care of her like she was a glass doll and at last she delivered the baby and Shehnaaz and the baby both were happy and they lived happily ever after
