NEXT DAY

Nandini and manik entered in the office where everyone were present. cabir saw manik and said

"manik I have a good news"

manik was a bit confused with this statement......but he ignored it and asked cabir back

"what is it?"

"yesterday after you left me in charge of the situation we all guys worked for two hours and we completed all the part of our game .....that too 45 days prior! isn't that great?"

manik was really happy after listening to this. he thought that it will take 2 more days since he wasn't present but still.. the guys gave their all. he really was happy by the news...cause now only assembling is the last and most important step and everything will go according to the plan. he hugged cabir and looked at his staff

"that's great guys I am so proud of you....lets have lunch today together ..bill is on me!"

the whole staff cherred! nandini and the girls just laughed at the guys antics..manik just smiled and hey went in his cabin.

"guys lets decide the menu!" dhruv shouted and the guys sat in a circle where the discussion started. Alya and girls went to the reception place leaving the guys.

"how about some sea food?" arya asked

"what about prawns?" ravi asked

"no no whe eat that regular.. today is not a regular day!" arya said

"and why is that?" shaheer asked.

"because today manik will pay...we have to make sure wee buy good dishes so that the bill is more.." dhruv said.

the guys started to laugh at this and abhi just nodded his head giving"nothing can be done of you guys" sign. he quietly went to his cubical an started to work on it

"what about crabs guys?" cabir asked. as soon as the guys heard crabs they yelled.

"yes!"

"okay so crab is done."

"yup and salmon!!!" dhruv cheered.

while the boys were discussing the menu manik received a call which resulted to turn his face in a sour expression. as soon as the call ended manik rushed out side and saw the guys discussing the menu. arya saw manik and cheerfully asked

"oh manik what would you like to have?"

but arya saw his serious expression and the area turned into pin drop silence. the girls and abhi also came to the place and aw manik with a stoic expression

"manik all gud?" abhi asked. manik looked at him and others and ordered

"all the department head right now in the conference room!" with that manik headed towards the conference room and the others were a bit confused due to sudden change the atmosphere none the less all the heads also left to the immediate meeting.

everyone arrived at the room and saw manik with a serious expression that he carried before nandini arrived in his life. manik saw everyone was present and said

"I got a call from active-srp...apparently there is change in the schedule. the game demo that was suppose to happen after 45 days is now preponed by 25 days ...so now we have to present the demo on 1st of august instead of 15th."

the whole atmosphere suddenly became as cold as ice. for a normal project 15 days preponement is fine but this was not a normal project. it was the biggest project f4 has ever taken and it could either boost the company's career or could turn it into ashes. everyone were now just thinking about assembling and the further issues when dhruv got up

"come on boys we can do this right? if we work over time and assembling goes gud we can do it! lets complete this and then " he looks at manik " we need a week vacation"

the guys also got some motivation and they all cheered !

"lets go guys we have a lot work to do everyone bring all the individual materials so we can start to assemble in my cabin and lets fucking kill it!"

"abhi you will be constantly with me for update and stuff lets go!" everyone left the room and started to work. the girls saw the staff walking like soldiers and they were baffled.... navya saw cabir asked

"baby what happened? why are you guys so serious?"

"I will let you guys afterwards.. don't worry .... just I need one help ...please arrange food for all of us...like less yet healthy." cabir answered and left kissing Navya's forehead.

the other guys were already in manik cabin so the girls looked at nandini

"I guess its about the demo...lets do this we will get some food and handle the other things till we get a clear idea whats going on." the girls agreed to the idea . they divided where mukti went for the food and alya will handle the calls whereas navya and nandini will help the guys in basic stuff.

after the division of labour of works everyone started to focus on their respective jobs. .generally manik's office is a bit cheerful but due to sudden work pressure everything is pin drop silence.

here on the other side Harshad still cant forget yesterday events. for the first time in his life, he felt that he had everything and still that wasn't enough. manik was a self made man whereas he was a son of a big shot.... he wanted to make sure that he is superior then manik and he was willing to do anything for it.... that was the new start a new fight...
Harshad  called his father's manager and asked

"Uncle when is the demo of active srp?"

The manager was shocked for a moment  cause he never thought that Harshad will take matters seriously yet he answered

" 1st of august"

Harshad thought about the date and realised that there are not many days left .... he was kinda scared too but his ego was more than anything so he ordered the manager,

"Bring all the documents and files I will myself look in this matter and will be there to represent our company and don't worry about dad I will myself talk to him."

Firstly really sorry to make you guys wait this long I had my academic issues so I had to take this brek but rn i am still busy yet I will try to post and complete the book so don't worry ,also that's it for today
