LIGHT! CAMERA!! ACTION!!!!

"It's finally happening! 🤧🤧 This story has been on my mind for quite some time. I've been diligently working on it to prevent any future breakdowns. This is the one story that I carefully planned since I embarked on my writing journey.  I wanted to make sure that every word, every scene, and every emotion was just right.  I hope you enjoy this story as much as I enjoyed writing it.

This story holds a special place in my heart because it explores the complex dynamics between parents and children, shedding light on the importance of that bond. It also delves into the experience of flawed teenagers, challenging the stereotypes that often surround them. Through this story, I hope to convey the profound impact that hurt and unforgiveness can have on our lives.

So, get ready to embark on a journey filled with raw emotions, thought-provoking themes, and unforgettable characters. I can't wait for you to join me in this storytelling adventure!

But before we jump in, I'd like to highlight a few key aspects of this book.

1) MY CHARACTERS DO NOT REFLECT MY PERSONALITY.

In this captivating story, you'll have the pleasure of meeting a wide range of individuals who possess twisted imaginations, annoying personalities, and even disturbing thoughts. But don't worry, these characters are purely a creation of my imagination and do not represent who I am in real life.

However, I must admit that as a writer, I couldn't help but sprinkle little bits of my personality into some of the characters. You might notice hints of my likes and dislikes, my favorite color, or even references to my beloved TV show. It's a way for me to infuse a touch of authenticity into the story.

I wanted to address this concern because I've come across instances where readers mistakenly associate authors with their characters, which is unfair. I assure you, I am not suffering from 'multiple character disorder'! So please read the story with an open mind and enjoy the journey without any preconceived ideas.

2. THIS STORY IS GONNA BE PACKED WITH INTENSE MOMENTS AND TRIGGERS, MY FRIENDS!

I totally understand the importance of being mindful and considerate when it comes to triggers. Rest assured, I've got your back! I'll make sure to include a clear warning message right at the beginning of every chapter that might contain triggers. That way, you'll always be aware and have the choice to continue reading or take a break. Your comfort and well-being are my priority, so let's dive into this thrilling journey together while staying safe and mindful!

3. CUSS WORDS AND VIOLENCE.

Now, this one is for the over-religious sets of Wattpad users. There are a thousand and one cuss words in this book. Naturally, I don't use cuss words that much, but I had to step out of my comfort zone to portray my characters to my readers effectively. So, don't label me a sinner or anything. Now, when it comes to the villainous aspect, I'm usually a peaceful person, but in this story, I had to create a lot of intense moments. 😅

4) THE DISGUISE CHARACTERS ARE UNIQUE.

The Disguise characters are truly one-of-a-kind! Each character in this book has their own set of flaws, idiosyncrasies, and distinct personalities. They all think differently, and some may even have unconventional ways of thinking. While some characters may have thoughts that seem unusual or require mental treatment, it's what makes them unique and adds depth to the story.

5) THERE ARE OVER FIVE DIFFERENT CHARACTER POV IN THIS BOOK.

I understand that it can be difficult, especially since there isn't a specific lead character. However, the main character serves as an anchor, connecting and carrying the other characters throughout the story. Writing from two character points of view is already challenging, so tackling five is me stepping out of my comfort zone. I'm ready for the challenge.

6) MATURE CONTENT.

Hmmmmm🤔🤔. There will be mature content, but I'll provide more details. For my young readers, no need to worry! I'll always include a warning symbol in any chapter with mature content.

7) PLOT AND SETTING.

The plot of this story takes place in Kano state, Nigeria. PS: I live there! Kano is such a fascinating and vibrant city, and you'll get to explore it in more detail as you continue reading this book. It's a great opportunity to learn more about the rich culture and unique characteristics of Kano. I'm excited for you to dive into this captivating setting!

8) AVOID PLAGIARISM.

I hate plagiarism. Don't come and steal my sweat and hard work, biko. If I ever come across a work of mine that is being plagiarized, I'll fight that thief with everything I can. Plagiarism is stealing. It is the highest form of stealing. So please avoid it.
