Young Love

Chapter 7

                                                                 A great day to go to the beach...

I decided to get up at 9am to get ready to meet Brian at the beach. Amelia was gone by the time I had woken up which was weird. I just assumed she was going to the shop or something. I did my daily skin routine to make my skin look glossy and fresh. I tied my hair back into a high pony tail and put on my favourite lime-green bikini with some black shorts. I packed my tote bag that I had packed in the case with some earphones, my book, some money, sun cream, sunglasses, perfume and water.        

Before I left the dorm, I called Amelia to make sure she was ok. "Hello?" Amelia asked. "Hey girl, where are you?" I asked. "Oh sorry when I left you were still asleep and I did not wanna wake you. I'm with Jake on a date." My worried feeling suddenly washed away. "Oh ok, I just wanted to let you know that i'm going to go on a date with Brian soon so I wont be back till later." I said with excitement. "Oh my gosh, you go girl! Enjoy, I'll see you later hun." 

After we said our last goodbyes, I headed out the door with a huge smile on my face. All I could think about was Brian on the way to the beach. Suddenly, his named appeared on the screen. HE'S CALLING AGAIN! "Hi love, just letting you know I'm just leaving my room now so I will see you in five mins." The way he structures every sentence adds more butterflies to my stomach. "Hey Bri, I've just got to the beach now. And ok, see you in a bit!" After I hung up the phone, I decided to go to the nearest ice cream shop which was at the other side of the hotel and got myself a strawberry and chocolate ice cream.Then I set up my tings on the beach and read my book till I felt arms snake around my waist. "Hey love, missed me?" I could tell who that was within seconds. Brian. I turned around and hugged him tightly, taking in every scent of his freshly applied cologne. "Its good to see you!" I said with delight. 

After talking and sunbathing for an hour, me and Brian decided to go swimming in the sea. I ran up to the waves with full speed as the wind hit my face. It felt so refreshing. I got on Brian's back and he walked through I big wave causing us to go head first into the water. When we both reached the surface I grabbed hold of his face and said, "That was AWESOME!" He giggled and said, "I know right!" Then, he grabbed  a had full of water and splashed it in my face. I smiled and did the same ting back until a few minute in it was a competitive water fight. During the fight, I accidentally slipped and fell into his arms. I looked at his oak-brown eyes and instantly felt nervous. He lifted me to my feet and asked, "You ok?"I nodded and said, "Yes,I just slipped sorry about that." "Its ok." He said. I could feel the tension. And without thinking, I barbed his face and pulled him into a passionate kiss and he instantly kissed back. He held the back of my back and kept my grip. I never wanted it to end. After a few seconds I pulled away and looked at him with a shocked face. He look fascinated and actually really happy about it. "Im sorry I wasn't thinking." I said while putting my hands on my head. He walked towards me and held my hand and looked at me straight in the eyes. "Well I'm not." He said with a smirk. I laughed and bit my lip with embarrassment. 

After a few hours and swimming, we decided to dry off and take a walk along the sea front. "So, what are you planning to do for the rest of your birthday?" He asked. "Sit in my room I guess and Amelia will probably do something with me tonight." He nodded and said, "Well I kind of bought you a birthday present." He gave me a medium sized box that was wrapped with red ribbon. I untied the ribbon and opened the box to reveal multiple items. 2 new books, my favourite sweets, a diamond necklace a hand written poem made by Brian. I hugged him tightly and said, "All of this? For me? Your the best." He giggled and said, "Well I had a bit of help by Amelia choosing the gifts, plus you deserve it." He pulls me in for another passionate kiss and I put my arms around his neck, feeling satisfied. I think I Love this man.
