Time fast forward (In School)Lunchtime==
(Nancy POV)

It was lunch time. My favorite time of the day.
We're waiting in line to get food in canteen.
I was smiling like an idiot thinking about last night when we're holding hands. Lyra noticed and asked "why are you smiling like an idiot ? I had noticed you and Shawn, when you reached at school, he was waiting for you as usual I know but when you smiled at him it wasn't usual, something was different. Tell me what happened ?"

"Did I really miss something this time again ?" asked Lyra while looking at her with big eyes.

"Nothing happened. Turn over, Otherwise someone will get into the line before you" I said to her before turning her to forward.

"Why are lunch lines always this long?" Lyra whines.

"Because food is the only joy they have in this place." I responded grabbing a tray with filled food.

After eating with Lyra we headed towards classroom.

"You go first, I'll come with Shawn." I said to her. She nodded and smrinked.

Then I headed towards rooftop. While climbing the stairs I heard someone's evil laugh and curse words.

I immediately run towards rooftop and when I reached at the entrance i saw that Shawn was sitting quietly while some other students were standing next to him saying curse words.Some foods were scattered on the floor and Shawn looked like he's helpless, angry, sad. I can see the pain in his eyes. Most importantly he's not wearing any mask.
May be he noticed me and looked at me.

Then I noticed something on his cheek.

. A SCAR on his left cheek.

Then I understand everything why he always wears that mask, why he's always so quite, why he has no friends.

That time I had no idea how to stop the bully gang because they're so many and I'm alone. At that moment my mind clicked something.

'I love you my mind' I said to mind for poping out with this amazing idea and started shouting " Mr. Smith is coming."

The boys heard that and started to run somewhere on the roof to hide themselves from Teacher.

I immediately run towards Shawn grabbing his mask which was on floor, may be the bully boys were thrown it on the floor. I wore him the mask and grabbed his hand and started to run towards the exit door.

While running I noticed that he's not saying anything but just admiring me with his innocent eyes.
Now we're out of school building running towards playground.
I stopped running because I was so tired also breathing heavily. I sat on the ground and patted the ground indicating him to sit next to me. He sat next to me quietly while looking down.

At that time it was Afternoon and the sunrays were very hot. So I can't open my eyes, just closed it.

Then I feel like there's no sunrays, I opened my eyes and saw him blocking sunrays with his hands.

I knew why he's not saying anything, I just want him to forget about this matter that's why I looked at him and said "wanna hang out ?"

He looked at me with confusion and still I can see the pain in his eyes and said "if you want to ask anything, you can ask me. I'll try to answer your every question." with a calm tone. Still I can feel the pain in his voice.

"Can we skip the class?" I asked him. He doesn't said anything, just nodded.
