CHAPTER FORTY
DEAR Almaia,
Kumusta ka na, Aia? Sana ay maayos na ang lagay mo. Pasensya ka na at hindi kita nasamahan pabalik sa Granja. Abala kasi ako sa pag-aalaga sa reyna.
Siya nga pala, gusto kitang balitaan sa mga nangyayari rito. Hanggang ngayon lagi pa ring tulala si Queen Fiona. Araw-araw na kung dumalaw rito ang mga Aeronwen kaya araw-araw rin kaming may konsumisyon sa kusina. But luckily they are here for her majesty. They are helping her through these trying times.
On the other hand, Lord Brand and Prince Blaze became inseparable again. Lagi silang magkasama dahil tumutulong si Lord Brand sa pag-iimbestiga sa nangyaring pagpatay sa hari. At alam mo ba? Dahil hindi na kayang manguna ni Queen Fiona, napagpasyahan ng Royal Court na koronahan na si Prince Blaze. Nagde-debate pa nga sila noong nakaraan kung pwede pa bang ibalik ang titulo ni Lord Brand para siya na lang ang maging susunod na hari. Pero hindi pumayag si Lord Brand.
At ito pa ah! Lord Brand and Lady Flurry is now officially dating. Mind blowing, di ba? Ay hala ang daldal ko na pala. Sabi ko susulat lang ako para sabihing miss na kita eh.

Napangiti ako matapos basahin ang sulat ni Phoenix. Parang pakiramdam ko nasa Nevada talaga ako. I stood from my bed and sat on the study table. I took a pen and a clean parchment paper that I saw on the drawer. It's been a while since I wrote a letter.

I wrote back to tell you that I'm already fine. The Granja is still warmer than any land in Ipena. The rebels were living peacefully now that Brand finally cleared our name.
Don't worry too much about me, okay? You should only worry about yourself. Sometimes I feel lonely because I miss you already. But Flint is here to comfort me. Thankfully, I am now healing.
