Lord, we know in your word you encouraged us to pray that we are not led into temptation and to be delivered from evil. So Lord I pray to be observed from every agenda to see me fall into sin today. I pray that every attack will not prevail. That every snare of the enemy for today won't prevail. Help me not fall into sin of any kind but remain steadfast in you. I pray that everything that can cause me to stumble will be broken. I pray for wisdom so I don't make the wrong choices. Give me discernment so I don't go outside of your will and give me understanding so I remain walking in light.
Today I know I have enemies seeking to bring me back into darkness but I also have the King of kings with me. I also have light living in me that overpowers every darkness. I pray that the agendas for today that can lead me into sin be destroyed. I also pray for me to continue resisting the devil. Help me Lord not to easily fall into sin and help me not to easily give into temptation but help me fight the good fight.
Help me not to give an ear to the voice of lust that ensnares us. Help me not to give into the voice of insecurity seeking to bring me down. Help me not listen to the voice of pride that focuses only on self. Help me not to be filled with envy and comparison where my heart is far from yours. Help me not to compromise where I begin to value others' opinions above Yours. Help me not to see value in self-righteousness but seek to be humble. Help me to not worry unnecessary but to live in trust. Help me not to gossip and live in slander of those around me
Lord help me to live right. Help me to live like you my Lord. Help me not to backslide but help me to remain focused on prioritising you.
