Meditate - to clear your mind

Be somewhere that is distraction free

Stay calm - have positive energy

Make sure you're tired (half asleep tired)

Lay in starfish position - try not to move

Count from 1-100 saying "I have shifted" in between each number

Visualize your DR while counting
-Where you'll wake up
-What room you'll be in
-What you look like

If you find your thoughts wondering - it's okay!
Just refocus and don't worry

Once you get to 100 (without moving or opening your eyes) - try to fall asleep while repeating affirmations to yourself
