it was rest time, hyunjae went out for his own business and so i didn't have to tag along. my phone notification rang. i took my phone from the table and checked it.

i organised my things on my table before i took my bag and walked to the place he mentioned. it was near to the company anyway.

oh wait, did i mention that we agreed to be friends again?

anyways, i was met by younghoon who was waiting for me out of the restaurant already. "gosh why are you always this early hoon? i even came earlier so you wouldn't have to wait for me.", i groaned.

he was always early to any places for dates, or hang outs, and never had i seen him being late for once.

"my old habit i guess?", he chuckled. we both entered the restaurant together and went to the empty dining table.

younghoon being a gentleman, pulled out a chair for me, "sit here, chae." i gave him a smile as i sat down, "thank you hoon." he flashed back a smile as he sat down too, "your welcome."

"uh... let's order food?", i said as awkwardness filled the atmosphere.

"y-yeah.", he passed me a menu and i thanked him before flipping over the book. after a while, both of us ordered something. the waiter collected the menu books from us and left.

i didn't want things to be too awkward for us as i was trying to find a topic.

"won't hyunjae be mad if he found out you're hanging out with your ex?", younghoon suddenly asked and looked at me.

i shrugged, "i don't know. maybe yes, maybe no? he won't do much things to me, don't worry about it."

yes, i haven't tell hyunjae about me and younghoon's relationship.

"does he knows our—"

"no.", i replied.

"oh."

the two of us become quiet as we looked around, oh not again.

i cleared my throat as i asked him, "how about you? do you have a girlfriend already?" he shook his head, "i have a crush though."
