35. Unexpected Ignorance

"Good Afternoon Dr. Verma." Sanaya heard a manly voice which stopped her from replying Abhimanyu

Sanaya froze and the colour of her face drained
'Th... This voice!' She thought but didn't dared to look up

Having no choice Sanaya looked up at the person standing infront of her with an emotionless face and her eyes cold

"Do you need anything, Mr. Singh?" Sanaya asked him keeping her mobile on her desk and leaned back on her chair

Well, she is the boss.

"Well, I won't mind having you Dr. Verma but I was here to thank you." He replied and Sanaya gritted so hard that her jaw started to hurt

"It's Dr. Sanaya Abhimanyu Singh Rathore for you, Mr. Singh." Sanaya said in a dangerously low tone which made him smirk

"I see, the kitten have claws too. Well, you look hotter like this" He said and Sanaya banged her hands on the table

"Mind your language Vaibhav or else it won't take me a minute to throw you out from my hospital premises." Sanaya roared making Vaibhav step back and people walking past her cabin flinched but no one dared to knock and ask anything

"It was a warning Mr. Singh better behave like a human and get this thing straight into your thick and dirty head that I am the wife Abhimanyu Singh Rathore and a strong individual too." Sanaya warned him in a cold voice which was colder than ice

"Now with respect tell me why were you here. Without knocking though." Sanaya said sitting back on her chair looking straight into his eyes

Vaibhav fisted his hands in a punch gritting hard
"I was here to thank you for saving my SIL." He said and Sanaya leaned back on her comfortably

"Then, go ahead." She said smirking and Vaibhav glared at her
As if she is scared.

"Thank you Dr. Rathore." He said
"And I hope you will regret this behaviour of yours." Saying this he left her cabin banging the door behind

Sanaya took some deep breaths to calm herself down so that she just don't end up killing him

Sanaya eyed her mobile for a second and then took her stethoscope and shoved her mobile in her scrub suit's shirt's pocket and left her cabin

"Bastard! I really think that I should hang a board on the door of hospital premises saying that 'Dogs and Vaibhav Singh is not allowed in my premises' " Sanaya was rambling to herself while walking towards the OPD

"Good afternoon, Dr. Rathore." Sanaya heard someone
"Afternoon." She replied absent mindedly

"Ma'am, are you there?" Asked the same person

Poor boy. Who asked him to ask?

"Where do you think I am Dr. Gupta?" Sanaya asked him turning towards him with her eyebrows raised and he gulped

"He... Here only actually.... I ne... Need you... Your help." He said stuttering and Sanaya nodded

Rest of some hours went in peace for Sanaya but she started to feel restless and all she wanted to go back home and hug Abhimanyu tightly but her work demands her and her time

Abhimanyu signed some files and passed them back to the girl standing in front of him waiting for him to complete

"Thank you, sir." Saying this she left and he left

Abhimanyu checked his mobile if he got any reply from Sanaya but there was nothing
'Why does this girl love see me worried!?' He groaned mentally
