Your P.O.V

The eye contact changed everything, you know you like him
Maybe ending it wasn't the right decision
It wasn't a great decision...

At least he isn't beating up anyone.
And he started playing football with his friends!
Instead of sitting at the bleachers

It was lunch break and you and your best friend went out to the field to eat
Like you always do, many people eat there because it's nice and full of space.

"I didn't know Niall started playing?" (Y/B/F) said,

You looked out at the field, seeing Niall play and run around made you smile

"I never knew either" you answered, you kept your eyes on Niall

He wasn't too bad at it, but the boys kept on stealing the ball

You got mad that they didn't give him a chance to make a goal,
You ate and watched,

Soon he got the ball and ran straight towards the goal
He kicked the ball hard, tricking the goalie onto going to the wrong direction
And he made the goal, nice and smooth

"Woooo!" You scream you sat back down instantly realising what you just did

He looked up and slightly smiled and ran back to playing.

You cover your face in embarrassment,
Of course, seeing his smile gave you butterflies

You heard some boy mocking you

"WooOo" A boy behind you said, loud enough for everyone to hear.

Niall was looking up, knowing that they were mocking you
Not only Niall, everyone was looking at you.

You wanted to cry but didn't wanna come off weak

"Shut up!" You said clenching your hands.

"Or what! Your gonna punch me?" The boy spoke, he wasn't big or anything

He was those boys who come off all strong and fearless but are actually scared of everything.

You went up to him, "Yea maybe I'll do it" You told him looking straight to his eyes giving him chills down his spine

"Alright I'm sorry!" He screamed and ran away, you could hear a faint 'I'm telling my brother!'

You rolled your eyes and went back sitting on your bench

You looked down and slightly saw Niall smile, but went back eating.

School ended and you went to
The field to see Niall play cause you
Overheard them talking about playing after school

It was nice, nothing much happened
You sat there watching you're ex spending his life happier than you
