Aaighnly's POV
All eyes were on me
Ummm... Well this is awkward
There was about 10 dudes inside that office all looking at me
I couldn't help but feel a bit insecure
The officer behind the desk cleared his throat "take a seat" he said as he pionted to a chair next to a dude with tattoos
There were three chair, and two of, i think the oldest ones sat in them and the rest was leaning on the wall
I quickly took a seet next to the scary dude
They watched my every move even after sitting down i could feel eyes on me
After sensing the tension the officer cleared his throat once again and with a voice filled with fear he spoke
"So umm Aaighnly" he said as he looked at my file and then back to me
"I'm sorry for your loss i know that it must be hard-" "yeah yeah John is dead and i dont know why you are apologizing, so just get straight to the point" i said kinda angry and irritated which caught everyone off guard including myself
He sighs and looks at me dead in the eyes " look kid I'm gonna put it out and simple. We know that you know stuff about John, and everyone knows that he is in a gang and that he sell drugs, we just need you to write a statement naming everything he did and we would also appreciate it if you could give us peoples names and the gang name"
I physicality tensed up and became nervous
My mind was racing
"i...don't know anything... " i think they could sence that i was uncomfortable because the guy next to me jumped in
"we should be taking our leave now its a long way to Italy" he said and he got up and the guy next to him grabbed my duffel bag, but before they could take one step the officer spoke "wait- please stay for a bit- we really need your statement-"
"IF YOU DONT SHUT THE F*CK UP RIGHT NOW I WONT HESITATE-"
ENOUGH!! the scary dude next to me said
I immediately flitched from the noice which went unnoticed by the guy next to the scary dude
"WE ARE LEAVING RIGHT NOW!"
He grabbed my hand and started walking away, the others followed behind us
We continued walking hand in hand with no one saying anything until we got outside
There was a limo outside... A FRICKING LIMO... Are they rich?
As everyone started getting in the car i realized that they are soooo tall
I'm like 5,5 and they are all 6 ft or above. damn they make me feel insecure
I got in and i sat in-between the guys that looked alike and in front of me was the scary dude and the guy that was next to the scary dude
The car ride was silent...
