Unthinkable Changes Part Two

Although it hurts, when one finds out that their bus and trams' stations have been relocated. Those women won't let this problem slip out of their hands. I tell you guys, they are the most dangerous neighbours in the society. Last year during the election of the mayor, one of the parties contesting went off boarders. But who knows how my neighbours found out. They revealed the truth before the prince of hell was crowned. Whatever their plan is now, I don't care because of what my colleagues and I discussed today. We will be making a move tomorrow. But here lies the problem. It is not easy to be allowed to enter the media village. The Media village is the motherboard of all televisions. If your relative or family member works there, then it's easy to enter. The media village was freely accessible before the year 2014 . I remember vividly when my school went there for an excursion. We found many interesting things if I clearly remember. Now it isn't free to enter without an appointment or with the help of a relative. Others say it's because of the current incidents like firebreak and so many other dangerous incidents that lead to the media village not granting free access anymore.

I decided not to accept the fact that we are going to fight for the country but the next morning as I watched the sun's rays piercing through my windows, I decided to do this. I meet my colleagues at the town hall. We waited for a while because the others weren't yet in. Quarter an hour later, they showed up. The way they came in sensed a big problem. One guy was all sweaty and gasping for breath. "Are you guys chickens? Why were you running? ". Abigail asked as she turned to them annoyed. It took them a while before one of them started to speak.  "Julius" one of them called out. "Do you still remember your neighbours from the other day". At first I was confused, then it hit me and I said back to him "Yeah, the ones who were angry for the unthinkable changes". "Yes" he replied. "They have done a mind blowing job". What job? We all stood there confused. Like what did they do actually?

"Look!". He gave us his phone. Abigail took it and watched but after watching, she stood there stunned. The rest and I then took a look. "How? How did they get this strong proof?". I asked myself. In the video were the authorities. They were in a meeting and what they said next is shocking. "Our budget this year would be high because of insufficient income. So this month we are going to do more relocating of the stations. All the thirty stations in town will be relocated so that we can benefit from it. More money will be invested but most of it will go into our pocket! ". The Chairman said as he laughed devilishly. "So all this while these countrymen were snakes. And how could we have be blind to that". Abigail said. "Why don't we go home and see what's happening". One boy from the group suggested. We drove off as fast as possible. Our Homes were in chaos. The media was there, many wives of the countrymen were crying because of their husband's betrayal and of course a large coward. According to the wives, they say they knew nothing about those dirty plans. The countrymen have done huge harm to the country and especially my town. A peaceful town is now the center of attraction. I never liked this new administration. Not soon after the police came in.

Some of the men were home so they were arrested. About my neighbours, they are the best and how they found out the truth, was so cool. To what claimed by the news; my neighbors sneaked into the building to set up a camera in the room where the meeting was held. It wasn't easy for them I guess but they did their best to bring the truth out. Later in the evening I had dinner with my small family. It's been ages since my sister came home. The television was on and as we eat we watch. Mistaking my sister changed the television station. A program was showing. "Wait isn't that the president of the transportation department? ". My mum asked. It is true. It's him. He was apologizing for the crimes they committed. He excluded himself obviously. I can say he is perfect in convincing people to believe his fake words. With those pappy green eyes. He said "I feel terrible for what my mates did. How could they do that to us, the whole nation". I nearly kicked the television away when he used the pronoun "They". Such a liar. My mother and sister seem to have falling for his lies. How can this be true? In the video was his voice? Even a five-year-old child can clarify that?.
"Yeah, he is telling the truth mum". My sister said to my mum. "Of course my daughter, you're right, how can he lie". This made me sicker. I went to do the dishes, took my bath and went straight off to bed.

Later as I watch the stars in the sky and how they spark brightening my face, I went back into my thoughts. What I have been doing in the past few days. Going to school, learning, and helping against the leaders associated with the unthinkable changes all came in and out. Suddenly, a shooting star fell from the sky. Since I was a child I wished to see one fall but today it is real before me. "What should I even wish for; money, good grades, or a better country". I continued to think. Then it hit me again WHAT IF I WISH TO TRADE PLACE WITH THE HEAD OF THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT. I closed my eyes and wished. I don't know if it will come true or not. Many people do happen to wish and get what they wished for. But guys please cross your fingers for me so that my wish will be fulfilled. I switched off my room's light and doze off.
