The room was quite crowded..people had their little groups in certain areas... it had already been around 20 minutes in the dance..i had invited Ranboo, but i think it was clear by now he wasnt coming..he was usually on time for things, hell he arrived to places 20 minutes early!
I sighed and dropped my head down, i was keep my head up optimistically but i guess Tommy was right, Tommy was on good terms with Ranboo but i guess like he said, 'dont hold your breath' i quite litterally was holding my breath as when i sighed it was gasping for air again, i started heading to a radom table that was empty, i didnt wanna just stand in the middle of the dance area, i was surely going to bother somone who was having fun, i stuggled going through the crowd nut eventually a table came in sight, far away from the crowd, but close enough that it was easy to get to-
"EXcUse mE" someone said with a formal voice. "Im looking for someone named Tubbo? Hes very important to me and-" my ears perked up as well as my head as i shot arpund to look behind me "Ah- their he is," the tall figure behind me said with a smile in his eyes "Hi Tubbo.." they said after pulling down their mask, and there it was, the amazing smile i could never forget..
You best know i jumped in their arms, they got taken back by it but caught themself from falling "Hey, Boo.." i said muffled from still holding onto them "Im so so SO sorry for being late- really- I dont know how to  make it up to you- really-" they sound really apologetic "oh shut up-" i grabbed them by their tie and kissed them, it was short but i didnt care

It was enough to make them confused and studder over their words trying to find what to say "there, payment done." I said proudly "I- Wha- but- heh-?! Tha-Thats all?!" They said in confusion "God how cute can you possibly be when confused?" I question giving them another short kiss not letting them answer "I-" i giggled quietly to myself about his response and how it was a singluar letter, "Cmonnnn I wanna dance dudeee" i said grabbing his hand, originally i just wanted to dance for fun as there was just normal music playing until i saw Tommy walking away from the main desk looking at me, i shot him a confused look as calm slow dancing ballroom music started playing making me giggle under my breath a bit "whats so funny?" They asked while grabbing my waist and me putting my arms around his neck "aha nothingg tommy i thunk just put this on" i smiled "oh? What for do you think?" He asked sligtly smirking "i dunno.. but i saw him walking away for the desk smirking at me?" I tried to say while not laughing "oh pfft-"
Awhike later after the slow dance finished we sat at a table and all i could do was stare at them, not in a creepy way but in a admiration way, the way the white side or their hair coverd the side of their face, they were wearing the mask as other people were looking around some glacing in our direction but i was able to see their eyes and out god they were beautiful..so much so i could get lost in them.. their glance quickly turned to me and i snapped out of my daze still keeping the smile on my face they gave me a confused look but i ignored at and just hugged them, they stiffened up at first but became more calm when they understood what was going on, they rested their head on mine still in the hug, until i started hearing little mumbles almost like a cat-? (Im sorry i just love CatBoo HC) "I- are you purring?!" It immediately stopped after i said that and i backed away from the hug, they had a very shocked face to say the least "I- No." They hesitateddddd "awww you wereee, dont worry i like cats" honestly i could see their face turning red, either that or the colorful lighting in the gym was a
bad-ish good-ish timing "no- i-i wasnt-" he was studdering thats for sure "mhmmm okayyy" i said smirking, i wanted to change the subject as this was going o  for to long, not complaining but i wanted to do something
"hey Boo..?"
"Hm..?" He hummed a response
"I wanna go somewhere"
"Where?" He asked
"Hmm..nevermind you sound tired lets just go home.."
"Mmmmm..fine..but im spoiling you tomorrow.." he said in a tired voice while getting up
"Mk..sounds good" i quietly giggled with a smile
