Making this quick but after starting research again I've felt really paranoid and my phone turned on by itself nd it wasn't even on what I had left it on. I had left the wattpad tab open and it was open on YouTube and on a video I wasnt watching. As for the paranoia, I feel extremely watched. Like there are eyes everywhere and I just cant see them. It's really weird and creepy but I'm off my meds rn so that could be it, but I've been off my meds for a few days and that's hasbt happened yet.
