Ok actual mission time. We're determining a leader on this one. Not gonna lie I want to lead. I don't care if I'm the youngest. I just think it would be cool, and uh maybe a little to make Bats. But me and bats don't talk. I'm not used to people who... don't understanding things like me and him do. I won't lie it hurt when Wally laughed and told me That I didn't have any powers and wasn't ...Batman. I know I'm not him but I always strive to be just like him. He's...the closest thing I have to father.
We brake in using Bane. We give each other glances every now and than. I've fought him with Bats a lot.
Not gonna lie. Aqua lad is a good leader. He told me I was born to lead the team and well... I just don't wanna see Bats when he hears about this.
Mission succeeds. But seriously why does anyone think I'm a door mat. I was stepped on again. I haven't even healed yet. But he's just pinning me down not pressing on me. preciate that. We learned about cobra and blockbuster and sportsmaster's involvement. "We picked the right guy to lead." I tell Kal I tell him genuinely but I smirk, "Automatically making you the right guy to explain this mess to Batman."
When we get back yes we get lectured but shockingly we get a good job. Also shockingly Bats was proud of me telling me it determines character. And maybe he gives me some of A's cookies.
