Neglecting my family too.

This project was needed a proper guidance and I was given this responsibility,the project is almost done.

We have the presentation tomorrow,but our teammates suggested that we complete the presentation today.I had to give in because this was really important.

Our whole wealth was invested in this project,and if we get the project,our wealth will be multiplied within a blink.

Me,dad,Yuvi,Vyom,our team..we all worked so hard for this project.We called our clients and explained the situation here,they agreed and we started our presentation.

It took a lot of time,more than we expected.The presentation was done and we were waiting for their reply.

"We'll give you our answer in few hours,thank you for the presentation",our client said.

"Thank you,we are hoping for a good answer from you.Have a good day",I thanked them and my PA cut the call.

It was tough because we did an online presentation and in an odd time,it was almost mid night now.

"Good work guys,it's late.Everyone disperse..we'll look into it tomorrow",I said and everyone nodded.

I looked at the time,it was half past one.

Fuckity Fuck!

I got up immediately and walked out from my office,I got into my car and speeded up towards my home.

Mahira's teddy bear!

I cursed and took a u turn again,people are fools if they open their marts in this midnight.

Luckily I knew a guy and I contacted him,I rushed to his mart and grabbed a big teddy bear for Mahira,a pink one as she wanted.

I smiled and took pink shoes also for her,I couldn't go shopping with them.Both Bela and Mahira were so hurt with me since few months.

Now the project is over,I'll have my time back with my love and my baby.

I know it's been very tough for me and Bela also,she's been taking care of Mahira.I never had little bit of time for them.

But not anymore,it's all over.

I saw one small necklace with a beautiful heart shaped pendent,this reminded me of Bela instantly.I purchased it for her and was on my way to home.

I know I'm late,I couldn't celebrate Mahira's birthday as she wanted.But I'm going to make it alright.

Make everything alright between me and Bela also.We are not good from past months,we developed many problems and fights.

I will make it all good...just all good today.

I reached our apartment and I was about to knock,the door was opened.I entered inside and I was shocked.

My shoulders slumped looking at the scene in front of me.Bela was sitting on the floor,hugging her knee's and hiding her face,I saw the half cut chocolate cake and closed my eye's.

"Bela?"I called her.

She slowly looked at me and my eye's went wide,her eye's were looking bloodshot and all puffy.

I kept all the gifts on the couch and walked towards her,I kneeled in front of her and was about to held her by her shoulder,
"Don't touch me",her voice was hoarse.
