I reluctantly prepared myself for another day at school. The weight of sadness hung heavy in my heart. As I put on my usual attire, a sense of emptiness filled the room.

"Don't tell me you're going to wear that," Unnie remarked, her voice dripping with disappointment. She pointed at my dress, a clear disapproval etched on her face.

Confused, I asked, "What's wrong with it?"

"It looks... I'll find you something else to wear," she said, her words laced with dissatisfaction.

She handed me a beautiful dress, made of silk fabric in a dark pink shade that I adored. It lacked excessive embellishments, but it was elegant enough for a special occasion.

"But-" I began to protest, but my words trailed off.

"What's the matter?" she inquired, her tone filled with concern.

"I have to do chores," I confessed, my voice barely above a whisper.

Her eyes widened as if she couldn't comprehend the truth that I had just revealed. "They made you do chores?" she questioned, her disbelief evident.

"No, I do it willingly," I lied, trying to mask the pain that swelled within me.

"Why?" she asked, her voice filled with confusion.

"I just want to distract myself," I replied, my voice cracking. "I don't have a family to share my love and happiness with. I don't have a sister to confide in or share my experiences with."

I feigned a tearful expression, knowing that sometimes manipulation is the only way to be heard when words fail. This tactic had never failed me before.

Unnie's expression softened, and she spoke with reassurance, "Don't worry, I'm here for you. Remember, I'll never leave your side. You don't have to do chores anymore. Go to school."

Relief washed over me, and I mustered a genuine expression of gratitude as I embraced her tightly.

While walking, a wolf came charging at me and accidentally knocked me down. I must have blacked out for a minute. But guess what? The wolf transformed into a man right before my eyes!

He seemed genuinely concerned and asked if I was okay, fearing the worst. I reassured him that I was fine, although my dress got a bit dusty from the fall. Phew! I'm so grateful to be alright, but he seemed puzzled by my lack of enthusiasm for life.

To lighten the mood, I couldn't help but point out that he should probably put on some clothes. He blushed and asked if he could borrow something. I was taken aback for a moment but quickly composed myself. "Of course, you can borrow something," I stammered.

I gave him my hankie, but it was too small, so I ended up tearing off a piece of my skirt. Now I have a shorter skirt, which isn't exactly how I planned my day to go. Oh well!

By the way, I was actually on my way to school when all of this happened.

Unfortunately, I didn't even catch the man's name, although I must admit he was quite handsome, and no romantic feelings were involved. I finally made it to class, albeit very late.

"Sorry miss, maybe you are at the wrong place, this is not a bar or club but a classroom." My teacher said without sparing me a second glance.

When I introduced myself as Rosé, the whole class was left speechless. I don't think my skirt made a whole lot of difference though.
I noticed students whispering amongst themselves, but I couldn't make out what they were saying. Even as a werewolf, my hearing has its limits!
