3rd person POV:

"Are you really sure that you're okay here? I mean, my mom can just drive you home with us." Sarah said to her best friend, not wanting to leave maya, as she knows how everyone is trying to get on her pants, while her best friend is too innocent to notice.

Maya is a beautiful girl, she's an attractive woman, with her innocent being and baby face that sometimes, some asshole thinks of her in a sexual way.

"Yeah, I promise, besides my sister is probably on her way already. Bye, stay safe, I love you." Maya said to sarah as she hug her best friend with her infamous bright cheeky smile.

"Okay, just call me if you need anything, love you too, bye." With that, they part their ways with maya going to the waiting area to wait for her big sister.

After almost 5 minutes, the single gate are opened by the guards, revealing her panting sister.

"Maria!" Maya exclaimed excitedly as she run up to her big sister, hugging her tightly. Maria almost lost her balance at the sudden action but she reciprocated the hug anyways.

"Hey little bean." Maria said softly and happily to Maya as they kept hugging each other just as tight.

"I missed you so so so much!" Maya said with full of joy in her voice.

"Me too, bubs. Sorry, I was late, there was a traffic that happened back there. But, come one, let's go eat ice cream." Maria said as they pull away, but Maya still holding on Maria's hand.

"Yes!" Maya yelled excitedly as Maria watch her sister with a smile.

The ride to the ice cream shop and back home was quick. The car are filled with laughter as they talk to each other and tell stories on what had happened when maria was away.

"Daddy!" Maya said once they step inside the house and saw her dad on the couch with her mom.

"Hey kiddo." Her dad, Isaiah Hill, said.

Maya hugged her dad before she hugged her mom with kiss on their both cheeks.

"Go upstairs and change first baby, we're gonna go outside for dinner." Her mom, Isabella Hill, said.

"Okay." With that, Maya run upstairs quickly.

"Hey! Be careful!" Maria shouted as she entered the living room.

"So...what took you two so long?" Her mom said once Maya is out of there sight.

"I took her to our favorite ice cream shop, and don't worry, she just ate one ice cream." Maria said with a giggle in the end.

"Oh thank god, but hey, don't spoil her too much while you're here. I know how you are when it comes to you little sister." Her mom said with a chuckle with Isaiah joining.

"By the way, any news about her doctors? How is she?" Maria said as she sat down in the couch, opposite to her parents.

"She's good, but, this past weeks she's been having a hard time breathing. Her asthma attacks her out of nowhere, so I changed the schedule of her personal nurse, they are always here 3x a week." Her mom said with a sad sigh at the end.

"Is there any changes of plan on her surgery? Maybe we can just do it sooner." Maria said worried for her little sister.

"Maria, you know what the doctors had said. Your little sister still need to get her body ready for it, she has other complications that needs to be medicated first before the surgery." Her dad said.

"Don't worry, darling. Your sister will be okay. As long as we're here, nothing bad will happen to her." Her mom said with a reassuring smile.

"Okay. Well, what about the business party? Is she coming with us?" Maria said leaning backwards to the couch, getting comfortable.

"Yes, she will." Her mom said.

With that the 3 of them fell into a comfortable silence, until it was cut off by Maya.

"Hey, im ready!" Maya said as she come downstairs.

"Come on, let's go." Her dad said as they stand up.

Maria stand up and went to her sister to put her arms around her shoulder and kiss her forehead from the side as they started to make their way out of the house.

"You okay, bubs?" Maria said as they walk to their family car.

"Hm, yeah, ofcourse." Maya said with a wide grin, which Maria returned with a small smile, still sad about the fact that she was not here when her sister is having some bad times.

The ride to the restaurant was quick, the car was filled with conversation here and there, while Maya is busy looking at the city.

She didn't really get to go out that much when she was a kid, until now actually. Whenever she goes out, she needs a bodyguard and nurse/maid with her. Especially when she was slightly revealed to the world.

"Oh, Maya, your school sent me a message saying that there will be no school this month, but they will just send your works online." Her mom said as they settled in the table with Maya besides Maria, and their parents sits opposite to them.

"Thank goodness! We can hang out more Maria!" Maya said excitedly as she half jump in her seat.

"Sure we do." Maria said with a smile.

"And hey, your English teacher said that you still need to finish the interview project, care to tell us what that is, baby? It seems important." Her mom added, as both of her and her dad lean forward the table.

"Oh, she said that I need to interview someone who is a successful and well known business woman. It's 100% if we do it." Maya said with a shrugging at the end.

"Well, that should be easy. You can just interview one of us, sweetheart." Her dad immediately said in a matter of fact.

"Well, you see, I think that's, you know... unfair. I want to work hard for this, maybe you guys can just help me find someone that I can interview." Maya said looking at her family.

"Are you sure? Doesn't that too much waste of time? I mean, if you just interview one of us, maybe the three of us you can even have more grades?" Maria ask her sister.

"I mean, that's okay. But, I still want to do it the other way. Besides, maybe it can upgrade my social skills. Pleaseeee, you guys can pick who you ever want me to interview." Maya said with puppy eyes that she knew her parents and sister can easily give in to.

"Okay, okay, but if you will change your mind just tell us, okay?" Her dad said.

"Yes! Thank you." Maya replied with a smile.

"I think I know someone who you can interview." Maria said as the waiters came up and put the foods on their table.

"Really? Who?" Her mom ask as all the attention gaze at Maria.

"Natasha Romanoff."
