Chapter 13

The months had gone quickly and before the family knew it, they were starting to get ready for Christmas. Hitoshi had set up the Christmas tree and the whole extended family were there, decorating it; Aizawa, Mic, Eri, Kota, Hikori, Hitoshi and Denki himself. Once the tree had been completed, Denki placed Hikori on his hip while Hitoshi gave the little boy the golden star. Lifting the boy up, Denki couldn't help but beam as his son had the biggest and brightest smile on his face as he placed the star on top of the tree.

It was the best time of the year. The Christmas carols, the Christmas dinner, and spending time with family and friends. But for Denki, it was different. Sure he'd had a few Christmas' without his mother, but every year, it seemed to still hurt. He didn't want to show the hurt on his face, because it was supposed to be the happiest time of the year. Feeling upset, he excused himself from the room and went to his own.

As he sat on the end of his bed, the pain in his heart became more dominant. Hearing footsteps and the door open, Denki looked up to see Present Mic at the door way.

"Oh! Hey, Mic."

"Hey listener. Everything OK? We're a bit concerned on why you left."

"I just needed to be alone to think, that's all. please don't think me rude for it."

"Not at all."

Mic sat on the edge of the bed and gave his son in law a side hug, rubbing his back in the process.

"I know there is something bothering you. Care to share?" Mic continued.

"sigh... it's really stupid."

"I won't think so."

"... I know it's been a few years already but it still hurts... you know? Not having my mother spend the holiday with me... I would spend it with my Uncle like I did when I was living in Australia, but he can't come over... God I sound selfish..."

"No you don't. it's OK to feel the hurt and sadness of not having a loved one with you for the holidays, but it just helps us to remember the times when we did have them with us. Do you understand what I'm saying?"

"... I understand. Thanks Mic."

That night, after Hikori had been put to bed, the two adults got ready after a long day. Hitoshi was already lying in bed and Denki had just finished getting changed. He decided to be cheeky and he sat on his partner's lap, arms wrapped around his neck and legs on either side of the male's thighs.

"What are you doing?" Hitoshi laughed with playfulness.

Denki just plastered on a cheeky smile. The two adults pressed their foreheads to each other. They closed their eyes and Denki breathed in the scent of his husband. They exchanged a loving kiss, before Hitoshi gave a smirk, placed his hands on Denki's sides and pulled the blonde down, so that he was laying on top of him.

"What are you playing at, Toshi?" Denki smirked.

"Just thought I could give you an early Christmas present, Kitten~." The purple haired male teased.

The two exchanged more kisses, each one getting more deep and passionate than the next. When their lips separated so that they could catch their breath, Hitoshi started to kiss up and down the blonde's neck, causing the male's breath to catch in his throat. Feeling something under him, Denki panted and gave a devilish mirk, his partner not caring. Pulling Denki next to him, they pulled the covers of themselves, and enjoyed the night to themselves.

So... my first try at a smut scene, could be cringe I dunno. But I tried. Don't expect much like this or any more chapters like this, this was just a once off.

Sorry this chapter is short, I kinda had only this small idea for it.
