Bursting through the doors of her English classroom Harriet Bennett strolled out of the door and into the bustling hallway chewing her gum as she did so not paying much attention to her surroundings when she suddenly collides with something hard falling to the ground "watch it dipshit" she huffed "s-sorry" a masculine voice said "it's fine I wasn't paying attention sorry for snapping at you" she trailed off "Oh Stanley I'm Stanley Uris and its fine I wasn't looking where I was running either" she laughed and walked away "I hope to see you again soon Stan the Man" she gave him a fake salute as he rolled his eyes.

That was the first time Harriet Bennett had talked to someone since the disappearance of her best friend Betty Ripsom almost eight months ago, smiling to herself she very much hoped she would see Stanley Uris again. Harriet turned around meeting Stanley's eyes he smirked at her "Harriet " he nodded his head "Stan the Man" she said "your fucking hot doll what your name" The boy in the glasses stated as he walked towards her grabbing her hand and placing a kiss on the top of it "Harriet Bennett" she said pulling her hand away from the boys "and you are?" she crossed her arms over her chest "Richie Tozier your future husband m'lady" Richie said taking off an invisible top hat and bowing with it "pleasure" she deadpaned  "Eddie Kaspbrak and that's Bill Denbrough" Bill nodded at her then a look of realisation crossed his face "y-y-your Betty R-r-rip-ripsom's friend aren't you?" Harriet looked to the floor as the other losers gave Bill a look as if to say 'look what you did idiot' "best friend yeah I didn't really have any friends after Bet".

"Bet?" Stanley asked "its a nickname" the losers just nodded "isn't that her mom?" Eddie asked pointing over to Mrs. Ripsom waiting by the school entrance "oh god" Harriet looked away not baring to look at the woman that was like her second mother anxiously waiting for her long lost daughter "is she really expecting to see her" Stanley said "it's not like Betty Ripsom's been hiding in home Ec for the past few weeks" Eddie replied to his friend "Do you think they'll find her?"  Bill asked "yeah in a ditch all decomposed smelling like Eddie's mom's underwear" Richie said smugly nudging his small friend who sent him a glare and a quick nod in Harriet's direction "shut the fuck up Richie" Eddie whisper yelled

Walking out of the school building Harriet could see Bowers and his goons picking on some kids rolling her eyes she walked up to them grabbing the back of Henry's shirt and pulling him backwards "what the fuck?" Henry cried out "you little shit what do you think your doing" Hnery jabbed at her chest while she stood there unimpressed "pick on someone your own size dick" she spat pushing past him and catching the eye of Stanley "who the fuck do you think your talking to" Henry went to slap her but Harriet grabbed his wrist "a rat with a dick the size of an atom now," she smiled "daddy wouldn't want to see you hitting a girl now would he?" Henry looked over his shoulder in fear "now if you don't leave Stanley, Richie, Eddie and Bill alone I'm gonna walk over there and I'm gonna burst out crying saying you touched me where women shouldn't be touched alright?" the Losers eyes widen at her words "fuck you Harriet" Henry growled "in your wildest dreams Bowers" she smirked and flopped him off. "this summer is gonna be a hurt train for you and your faggot friends" Henry locked his palm and dragged it across Bill's cheek, Harriet grimaced

"damn princess your good" Richie said crossing his arms and nodding in approval yeah don't get used to it I won't always be around" Harriet said "w-wa-wait Harriet were g-g-going to the B-barrens do you M-maybe w-w-wanna come?" Harriet thought for a second and nodded "yeah welcome to the Losers club Britain"
