"I see.." Hanzo nodded. "Huh, I guess I can get why you didn't come to us at first when in the first loop we weren't all too believing to ya.."

"Nah.." said Shi-Jian. "It's understandable, back then Ben only had a vague impression that he'd seen it all happen before. "

The group, now numbering 6 in total if you counted Mika, were now seated around Ben's dining table, a pot of tea on the table.

Ophelia folded her arms, looking rather troubled. "What gets me.. is how this  for some reason that first loop keeps remaining some sort of  mystery. Like what's up with that part?"

"I don't know. " Ben said. "It's kind of an enigma for us too, but we can't focus on it cause we have no leads."

"Maybe it has something to do with Deca." said Erice. "I mean we don't remember her that's for sure.. but if she was around during the first loop being all happy and making us breakfast.. then.."

"Whatever happened to change her demeanor probably happened during that blank period after you two started fighting." Hanzo finished. "Hmmm.. not a bad theory. On that note, before we proceed any further, it's time I helped us solved one of our major problems. The reset's effects on our memories.."

"We already agreed that Ben would just have to explain everything all over again." said Mika. "And me and Shi-Jian would back him up. "

"That's all and good, but it's tiring on you guys, making you all do it over and over, I have a solution from my glory days that might help, and it involves the Omnitrix." said Hanzo

"The Omnitrix?" Ben said. "But wait, you didn't have something like that back in your world.. er.. did you?"

"No.. but since we don't know when this loop could possibly reset again, I think I should cut through the formalities and just give you the basics." said Hanzo. "Back in the day, we often had to deal with certain kind of Yokai that had the ability destroy the memories of those it encountered. Not only did it make it near impossible to track, but it also ruined many lives. Loved ones unable to remember each other, children left abandoned by amnesiac parents who never came home. It got to the point that in order to counter the effects, samurai under the Shogun like myself used a special Onmyoji magic seal to store our memories as a back up, so that we could reupload our identities afterwards."
