Chapter Eleven

" What's up girls" Dieko said as he walked to where Stephanie and I was seated in the lecture theatre.

" Dieko" I said with a smile, Stephanie also muttered her greetings with her eyes glued to her phone though.

" Wura what's up jare. I don't know what this one is pressing on her phone" Dieko said to Stephanie

" Is it paining you" She retorted

" You people should calm down like that" I said to them

" Don't mind this baby" Stephanie answered eyeing Dieko

I laughed

" Why are you guys always at each other neck like this" I asked

" Our spirits don't go together" Dieko answered

" Then what are you still doing here" I responded with a teasing smile

" It's because of you na, my one in a million, my honey bunny, sugar honey" He answered smiling and Stephanie hissed

" Dieko, you are not alright" I said as I smacked his hand playfully

" Yeah, Wura I had B in my Economics exam" Stephanie said happily

" Really" I grinned happily

" Like I don't know how, I was expecting like D, praying for C and I got a B" She said happily

" I'm happy for you" Dieko said with a smile

" You see I told you, God can do anything for us once we ask and trust him" I said with a smile

" Yeah" She responded

" Dieko how was yours" I asked turning my face towards him

" I had A" He replied

" Shanaaa" Stephanie and I chorused

" Thank you" He replied with a wide smile

" Why are you now feeling yourself" Stephanie said

" See me see trouble ooo, who said I was feeling myself. Jealousy at its peak" Dieko retorted

" Why would I be jealous" Steph said with a roll of eyes

" Shift, both of you should sit together and be facing each other. Don't put me in the middle of your fight" I said standing up to sit on the other side where Dieko is sitting so that He and Stephanie could be seated near each other.

" Say anything stupid and I will just stretch my hand to slap you" Steph said jokingly

" And what will I be doing. Looking at you after slapping me" Dieko replied with a smile

" Will you slap her in return" I asked and looked at him curiously at what his reply would be.

" What else" He answered with a smile, I smacked his hand playfully.

" What happened to your Gentleman manners" I asked

" I'm just joking, I can't do that. I'm a Gentleman but I will slap Stephanie" He said still smiling

" And what makes Stephanie different" I asked with a small laugh

" Honestly, he is supposed to slap me in return" Steph said joining in our conversation

" Why?" I asked

" You see, she isn't normal" Dieko responded

" Yes, he should slap me in return. That's what makes it fair. For example if Dieko is fighting with one of his male friends and something like that happens and Dieko strikes back. Will you call it unfair,No you won't so that is the same thing that should happen. I slap him, he slaps me back" Stephanie said
