Just like a Feather (Completed)

The mother

Grace quickly runs to the end of the hall when she realised that the pretty boy looked at her.

"hey!" The boy yelled behind her,he was about to run after her but someone stopped him.

"William" he looks at the person.."yes mother" the boy stiffens as he says that "come on we all have to wake up Andy it's his birthday today, remember?" Says the lady.

"of course I do mother let's go" the boy says after he takes a quick last glance at where the unknown girl ran of to meanwhile grace hiding behind the end of the hall witnessing everything that happened infront of her she sighs in relief.

"what have I got myself into?.." she fake cries dramatically "ok I gotta escape from here but first of all why in the holy world did this place become like this? and second of all who are those people?"

Grace was completely confused on what is going on "my first goal right now is to escape from here but I don't know where is where and what is what this building is so big that it's almost like a maze"

she starts to walk after the whole brainstorming "I guess I wouldn't know anything until I explore this place" grace starts wandering everywhere to find the exit.

"ugh I can't even remember where I came from" she says while frowning she stops walking when she hears some people applauding or something.

"huh where is that noise coming from?" grace slowly walks towards the noise but suddenly the applauding stops

"the noise is not coming anymore.." "mama who is that girl!" a little boy yells behind grace,she freezes immediately on her spot,she slowly turns around and sees a bunch of kids, the lady and that pretty boy from previous too

"who are you kid are you lost or something?" The lady asks but william just stares at grace, everyone were waiting for her answer "uhh um yea I'm lost"

grace says while slightly looking down not knowing what to do and what she just said "aw don't worry dear you are safe here with us don't be afraid" grace looks at the lady "yes! mama is right don't be afraid!" Yells the kid called Andy

"shut up Andy!" a boy whispers loudly beside Andy "do you remember where you came from?" William asks

'shit why did he ask me that!' "um to be honest I don't quite remember where I even came from.." grace says while sweating hard

"that's completely fine don't stress it" the mother says with a smile on her face "william show her the room that's extra on upstairs"

" Yes mother" the lady goes back to the kids and william gets up from the couch and goes near grace

'uhh what just literally happened just now...and why am I getting nervous if that william is coming towards me

"shall we go?" William asks "h-huh yea sure l-lets go" grace face palms mentally at her stuttering, william and grace go upstairs with a awkward silence between them and they both finally come upstairs

"follow me" william says and she just follows him silently, while they were walking everything becomes kinda familiar to grace 'wait a minute this is the floor from before where I came from'

"and this is your room" grace looks at william "oh yea thanks"

"I didn't had a chance to ask before but may I know your name?" william asks with a smile "oh my name is grace" grace smiles

"it's a really beautiful name, and my name is William oh and also my room is just beside your room if you need anything you can ask me anytime" william says while not leaving that smile

"glad to know william" 'thats it! his room is exactly the room where I came from in the first place no wonder it looked so familiar' "um william!" william turns to her "yes?"

"Can you please show your room I'm just curious" grace says being a little excited "umm yea sure if that's what you want" william says with a puzzeld face he shows her his room,he opens the door and as soon as grace steps foot in the room the bright light appears again and just as she predicted grace returns back to the place and everything was just like before,the same creepy abandoned place

"yes this is it" she stops for few seconds before realizing "wait so did I just...time travel!!"

"I thought this bullshit would happen in just movies and dramas" grace sighs heavily "I should get outta here ASAP she was about to go downstairs but she hears someone yelling downstairs grace groans

"urghh what now!" She goes down slowly and takes a peek "police!" She whispers with her eyes wide open "they will surely arrest me if they find me in this abandoned orphanage wandering around and throw me in minor jail!"...

"shit they are coming this way" grace quickly runs upstairs without making any noise "fuck what am I gonna do now!?" meanwhile on William's side

William's pov:
I show her my room but when she goes inside she suddenly faints "hey grace!" I quickly hold her with my arms "what the heck, uh grace?.." I say while patting her face after a while she wakes up with a heavy gasp

"grace can you hear me?" She nods "i-im ok now" she looks at my arms around her and I quickly let her go "what happened,why did you just faint like that?" Grace takes a while to answer

"I don't know I just..felt dizzy and I fainted I guess but I'm ok now so don't worry" we both become silent for few seconds suddenly I hear a small growl...grace looks down feeling embarrassed I laugh

"haha I think you were starving and that's why you fainted like that" she nods "let's go we are gonna have dinner now" I get up from the floor and she follows me from behind like a puppy, I smile unconsciously

Grace pov:
'shit shit shit that was so embarrassing' we both go downstairs where everyone was there "oh the girl is here" everyone looked at me and I smiled

"By the way what's your name sis?"

"Oh yea I almost forgot,my name is grace and nice to meet you all"

"nice to meet you too grace!" They all say in unison I widen my eyes but burst out laughing others laugh too 'i guess I gotta stay here now..'
