"yes, hello my name is xingqiu" instantly loosing your smile you turn to Xiao frantically him knowing exactly what you mean.
"Well I'm y/n pleasure to meet you!" you smile hoping he doesnt want you to repeat his name "pleasure to meet who?" he asks "you." she smiles "but who?" he presses on "what are you an owl?? you." she says walking away.
Xiao has to stifle a laugh at your attempt to not pronounce xingqius name "dont you fucking dare" you hiss while sitting down "alright lets see the test scores, you actually really improved! by 20% which is amazing good job, but your making the same mistakes as you usual" you ramble on while Xiao just drifts off to sleep

"It doesnt bother me none unless your being unbearably loud, or distracting Xingling" you say looking at them just nodding in return you quietly and quickly explain to xingling how to get better in her subject.
Watching as they leave you sigh lifting your arms over your head and hearing satisfying pops come from your shoulders and back
Groaning in satisfaction you quietly make your way over to Xiao "hey." You start but you see him quietly sleeping and cant bring yourself to wake him up.
Just looking at him makes you tired sighinh you put your backpack down and rest your head next to him eventually fading off to sleep.
Giggling can be heard from a mile away "They're obviously inlove" Xingling says "of course they are do see the way y/n looks at Xiao?" xinqiu adds on

"wait, wait, wait, does that mean we're at school at 7pm alone??? this is how teens die in the movies" you exclaim "i dont wanna be murdered!!! i at least wanna be in the sequel damn" you sigh "can you shut the fuck up for like five seconds please" Xiao says shutting his eyes.
shutting up you sigh "do you... wanna look at the stars on the roof???" you ask hoping he'll say yes
"mmm, thatd be nice" is all he says "yes!" you smile grabbing his hand and going up the stairs.
"wow how pretty!" she says looking at the moon the roof having a natural glow to it
"Xiao?" is all you say and when he turns to face you he sees the camera already pointed towards you already recording with you two in frame xiao instantly hiding by turning the other way
"hey dont hide your face!! cmon say something" you exclaim scooting closer
"lets say something to future us! I'll go first let's see I'll make a promise, I promise to never ever forget you and love you no matter what" you say looking at xiao
"your so cheesy and dumb" he finally speaks "make a promise xiao!" you say "youre so annoying..... I promise to never leave your side even if your the most annoying person ive ever met" he sighs at his own cheesyness.
"Wwww you got all goopy" you say poking his sides "why you-" he starts before you get up "shit gotta go hes gonna murder me!" you say starting to run as he chases after you
"ITS OK I DID IT FOR THE GIRLS AND THE GAYS THO-" and then you end the video with a laugh.
but not failing to notice the picture that you had on your phone of you and xiao facing each other sleeping "those kids" you mutter before Xiao says "move!!" he yells turning around to look at him your about to move but then he crashes into you
him landing on top of you but he somehow protected your head from hitting the floor.
His head on your chest and overall just squishing you but you cant help but laugh cause here you are at the schools rooftop laying on the floor with Xiao laughing.
"promise me.." you start in between laughs "promise me, we'll always be like this" you say. scoffing he says "promise" but when he looks at you he sighs already seeing your pinky out stretched sighing he wordlessly locks pinkys with you
