Jasariah POV

As we snuggle and watch Forensic Files I take the time to actually observe Zy'Aire and seeing him in a different setting outside of work

"Is there something on my face?" Zy'Aire asks bringing me out of my thoughts

Realizing I've been caught I turn my head

"No I'm just observing that's all." I spoke and he chuckles coming closer to me, my heartbeat slowly picking up

"Still can't believe your boss made you cum back to back?" Zy'Aire asks teasingly his breath feathering my neck

"Stop being nasty Zy'Aire." I said with a pout making him laugh as he moves his head away from my face going back to eating his pizza

"I know this was sudden, but I do enjoy your presence." Zy'Aire says lowly, but I heard him loud and clear

"So you only enjoy my company when you're in between my legs?" I ask smugly and he arches his brow

"I mean I have no complaints, but it's more than that." Zy'Aire says reaching in his drawer pulling out a thickly rolled cigar with a black ashtray and a silver lighter with roses engraved on the sides

He sparks it with no hesitation taking a long puff from the cigar, black smoke clouding the air as I watch my eyes lingering on his lips

"How did he just get sexier from smoking a damn cigar?" I ask myself folding my legs together as I try to control my hormones

"So where do we stand Jasariah?" Zy'Aire asks earning a look of surprise from me

"You're not mine and I'm not yours so it doesn't matter, no need to add a tittle when there's no possibility of this becoming anything more." I spoke honestly shrugging my shoulders

"So you don't want to be my woman?" Zy'Aire asks putting out the cigar blowing out the last puff of smoke

"No I don't I still don't fuck with you after all that shit you said at the restaurant, but I enjoy the head." I spoke and he sighs

"I'm genuinely sorry Jasariah." Zy'Aire apologizes and I look at him

"I forgive you, but no Zy'Aire I will not be on your hit list." I said firmly and he smirks

"So what do I have to do to show you I'm sorry and I like you?" Zy'Aire asks and I eye him suspiciously

"Nothing Zy'Aire if we get together we get together, but this is not a sign to chase me I will have yo ass locked up." I said looking him in the eye seeing a surprised look on his face

"Well damn then." Zy'Aire says in shock

"I'm just letting you know just because you got money don't mean you immune to getting locked up this is not a LifeTime movie." I spoke reaching for another slice of pizza

"Well would it be a good start if I properly asked you on a date?" Zy'Aire asks a small smile on his face

"Maybe if I say yes." I smile eating my slice of pizza

"Wooowww." Zy'Aire says making me laugh while I drink my water

"I mean if I feel the vibe then yes." I giggle and he smiles knowing there is hope
