A walk and talk in the park

While driving, I saw Nini's car parked in a restaurant, I swerve to get in that direction.

I thought I was gonna find her at the park but I was wrong.

I parked next to Nini's car since it's vacant and checked on where she could be, grabbed the bouquet, and take it with me so I can give it back to Nini.

The restaurant looks exquisite, it has an area for regular customers and VIP rooms for important meetings or gatherings.

I'm gonna surprise Nini and eat with her but why go to this huge place alone?

I looked around and searched for her but she's not in the regular area. She must be inside the VIP rooms. I don't know which one though.

I'll try to take a peek at every glass door of these rooms. Why would she be in here all by herself?

*Peeking.*

"Lili?" It made me turn my direction towards the person calling. "What are you doing here?"

It's Nini, she looks stunned.

Nini is with a man in his 50's in a black suit and tie, and 3 bodyguards in a gray suit.

The man's eyes darted towards the bouquet I'm holding and then to Nini, and then to me.

Is this C?

No, crazy.

I hope he's not thinking what I'm currently thinking right now.

"Is this yours, sir?" I asked stupidly. Yes, I know it's stupid. Just bury me alive.

The man just ignored me.

Nini looks mortified with what I said and buried her face with her palm.

What was that, Lili? Such an embarrassment.

He looks so intimidating. He got thick brows, the eyes of a tiger, a face that looks sour, and a built of someone you shouldn't mess with. It's like one punch and you're dead. HYAAA! Kidding.

Is this Nini's dad?

I greeted them with a smile but the man and bodyguards didn't smile back. Why are they so serious? It's not even the end of the world yet.

"You go. Let's talk some other time." The man said to Nini. He has a deep voice and it gave me chills. It actually sent goosebumps. My arrector pili muscles moving up.

Nini just nodded to the man.

"W-we s-should go," Nini grabbed my hand and rushed outside.

"Nini, who are they? Was that your dad? I thought that's C," She let go of my hand and opened her car door.

"No, fool. I'll explain later. Follow me," she said and I went into Jisoo's car, followed Nini.

I don't know where Nini is heading to but I just simply followed her.

Why does Nini look scared of him? Is he her dad or something?

I want answers to my queries.

Nini parked her car nearby the entrance of the park. The park is huge, there are food carts, kids running and chasing around; some lovers are holding hands and just being sweet to each other; there are families doing picnics, and there are also people just all alone reading a book and staring at the beautiful scenery from afar.

I parked my car next to hers.

I mean, Jisoo's car.

"Is this your favorite park?" I asked Nini as she approached towards me.
