3rd Pov

A rather bored Y/N lays in a sunchair admiring a good looking apple, thinking about things i'm not allowed to tell you due to plot. Over him is an Su-30 with a black main body and orange wing tips and further down is an Su-37 with a particular grey and yellow color scheme, a bold '13' emblazoned in yellow, and inside the hangar is a pretty bland grey Su-33, nothing special to say about it. I mean it's there, and it works. I'm guessing you can already tell who that one belongs to. As Y/N lazily wastes away, a particular blonde pilot walks up to him and steals his apple, angered. Y/N stands up

Yellow 13: "You really shouldn't be lazing about like this" Yellow 13 says calmly as he hands Y/N back his apple

Y/N: "Yeah, Yeah. I mean what else do we have to do? The airspace is clear, the ground troops are resting as well. So why can't i?" He says as he lays back down, eating his delicious apple. He closes his eyes, expecting his fellow flyboy to leave him alone. until something hard hits his chest, causing him to spit out some of his apple, as he opens his eyes. He sees it's his flight gear and his helmet

Yellow 13: "We're going to train, me and you. I already told Archange"

Y/N: "Really? There a particular reason?" He said, getting up from his sunchair and looking at the Erusean pilot

Yellow 13: "Yeah, we've never fought against each other. Only against our teacher" He began to put on his gear, so did Y/N. As they were putting them on, Yellow 13 struck up another conversation "You never go all out in dogfights. Why?" They didn't look each other in the eye. Only looking down as they suit up. It was silent for a bit, only the sound of fabric brushing against itself, that is until Y/N speaks up

Y/N: "I don't see a need to, i'm probably going to die a half assed death. Hell i'll even be lucky to get killed by another pilot instead of a SAM" He said. His voice bland and uninterested, but Yellow 13 grabbed his fellow pilot's shoulder, looking him dead in the eye with a serious face

Yellow 13: "If you don't go all out on me in this training match. I'll leave you to die in a real sortie" Y/N knew he was serious so he just chuckled

Y/N: "Alright then. Sure" They both put on their helmets and the ground crew set up their fuel and weapons, all they had to do was lock onto each other and hold the fire button at the right angle. To simulate getting hit by a real missile or gun

Tower: <<<Alright, Yellow 13, Otto 4. Ready for takeoff. Scenario: Dogfight>>>

Yellow 13: <<<Yellow 13, Taking Off>>> He said with some enthusiasm in his voice as he launched

Y/N: <<<Otto 4, Taking Off>>> Y/N on the other hand, sounded very bored, he very much didn't care whether he won or lost. He took off after Yellow 13 and followed in formation behind him until they made it to the airspace. Where they break off from each other and get to a further distance away, finally they turn their noses to each other and wait for the signal

Tower: <<<Alright, begin training match>>> Both respond immediately and turn away from each other, their aircraft's bellies facing each other, until they turn back again, locking on and firing, but they turn away at the last moment before the kill is completed, getting closer to his opponent, Y/N comes up on Yellow 13's six, about to fire a missile, but he got a little too close, enabling Yellow 13 to perform a cobra, getting behind Y/N in the process, instead of going for missiles, he opts to go for guns, lining up. He realizes that Y/N isn't making a move to escape, usually with any other pilot this would be to draw him into a counterattack, but Y/N is straight up wanting to lose so he can get back groundside
