Y/N: "Ready?"

Ichika: "More than i'll ever be"

Houki: "You better not make my lessons go to waste" She says as she looks up at him in the launcher with a smile

Ichika: "Don't worry. They won't"

Announcer: <<<Now today is the Second Match of the First Year Tournament. Between National Representative of Germany! Laura Bodewig! And Japan's only Male I.S. Pilot! Ichika Orimura!>>> When she says that the crowd goes wild as they cheer, mostly for Ichika <<<Are both fighters ready?>>>

Both Fighters launch as Houki and Y/N go to the seats to watch the fight. Both Laura and Ichika levitate in the air, so Laura begins to talk

Laura: "You really believe you can beat me?"

Ichika: "I don't believe it, i know it, besides i already know your tricks. So let's see who's better, that's what you wanted right?" He says, taunting her

Laura: "Once i show you your place, you will see how much of a maggot you really are"

Ichika: "We'll see.." He lowers and lands on the ground, getting in a stance with Yukihira as Laura lowers as well, They both ready for the first attack, the air is tense. Both thinking of multiple strategies as they stare each other down, while they wait, a leaf starts to fall. They both look at it, waiting for what feels like an eternity until it touches the ground, and when it does "RAAGH!!" Ichika charges at Laura, her firing a shot from her railgun, but he somehow dodges in time, too fast for her too keep track, he appears right behind her and slashes, but gets blocked by two beams protruding from Regen's forearms, she stares at Ichika with a menacing gaze

Laura: "I will admit that you are stronger than i thought. But you are still beneath me" She wraps her wires around Ichika's legs, throwing him across the arena, but he soon recovers and comes in for a punch without his Yukihira, but she uses one of Regen's abilities, the AIC. He's stopped dead in his tracks as she laughs "Didn't you say you knew all of my tricks?"

Ichika: "I do" As she's confused, Yukihira falls from the sky and bops Laura on the head, making her lose focus and drop the AIC, giving him a split second to grab the katana and slash Laura, her Shield dropping to 89%, which of course makes her pissed, she jumps back and fires two railgun shots but Ichika dodges both of them and flies up into the air, Laura quickly following. As she's behind him, she grabs his arms with her wires and brings him up close and personal with her. He's about to do something but Laura punches him in the face, straight down to the ground causing a massive crater to form and leaving Ichika with 73% "Damn, you like a freight train"

He quickly gets up and faces the young girl again who is still up in the air, she stares for a bit until six wires come from her I.S. something he noticed was that they had daggers on the ends, and she would take full advantage of that. He gets hit at first, immediately knocking him down to 40%, and after that he barely dodges the rest of them as they stab into the ground, popping out and continuing to attack him, he slashes at them but they don't cut. Damn is German science the best in the world or something? She lunges towards the ground, using her beams, she collides with Ichika, soon they're at a stalemate. Until Ichika cuts it off by kneeing her in the stomach, before punching her in the face, then grabbing her arm and throwing her across the arena, though she easily recovers, now at 70%, She flies further up into the air, she smirks and looks down at Ichika
