We had just picked Bella up from the airport and the car was dead silent apart from Vera's soundtrack that was currently playing Killer Queen by Queen.

"So, Bella, it's great to finally see you again after so long. How is everything in Arizona?" I asked hoping to start some kind of situation because the sickened in this car is going to kill me.

"Uh, yeah good to see you too I guess, everything at home is good." Bella replied, there goes my hope of starting a conversation. I don't think Bella was too pleased about moving to forks, scrap that, she hated it, Bella never really showed me the time of day when we were younger she would always say hi and run off with someone else, so I wouldn't think she would be too pleased about now living with me.

"Your hairs longer." Way too state the bloody obvious dad, don't think we've seen her for a decade.

"I uh...cut if since I last saw you." Kill me, kill me, kill me. I think I mentally just threw up and died that conversation was the most awkward thing i have ever witnessed, it's like Charlie made a female clone of himself that he was terrified to talk too.

Thankfully we pulled up at the house, I'm just glad I don't have to stay in that bloody car for any longer, I can't imagine what dinner is going to be with these two.

"Welcome to our humble abode." Unlocking the door and letting Bella get to her room.

This was going to be a long ass year.
