Part 32
Abigail's Pov
I walked out of the lift on the 12th floor and saw Adrian's secretary working. I asked him about Adrian and he told me that Adrian is working in his cabin and I can meet him there.
I entered Adrian's cabin and saw Adrian working on the laptop with his eyes fixed on the screen. He usually welcomes me with a bone crushing hug.
I frowned and leaned on his table but he still didn't look at me. "Are you avoiding me on purpose?" I asked, raising my eyebrow.
He sighed and turned to me. He tried to glare at me and keyword tried. I wanted to giggle at his trial.
"You are late and didn't pick my call." He said and I frowned while checking my phone. Oh I forgot to turn off the silent mode.
"Oops, sorry it's silent." I said and he rolled his eyes.
"I was worried about you, Bell." He said with a sigh and pulled me on his lap.
"I'm sure you must have tracked me down when I didn't receive your call." I said with a smile while playing with his beard.
He chuckled and nodded "I did but then found you were already in the lobby." He said and pointed at his CCTV. Oh he must have seen me there.
"So where were you?" He asked and I happily told him about Declan fulfilling that kid's wish. Adrian didn't look surprised but said it's Declan being Declan.
"That's how Declan is, he can't see anyone sad. Even if he knows that person or not. He just wants to take away the sadness from everyone's face and replace it with a heartwarming smile." He told me about Declan.
It makes me smile to see how much Adrian loves Declan and all his brothers. Adrian told me that if Declan is angry then he is the most cruel person in the group.
"So." I said, biting my lip.
"I know what you are thinking. Don't worry, tonight we are meeting at our usual club and there I'll tell everyone about you being my girlfriend." He said and pecked my lips.
It made me so happy and gave me a very warm feeling inside my heart. I can't describe how happy I'm feeling right now after knowing that he wants to do it as fast as possible too.
It means he loves me too. I can't keep it any longer now that how much I love him.
I want to confess it to him, and I want to do it as soon as possible.
