Part 31
Abigail's Pov
"I love you" I told him while cupping his cheeks and he smiled at me.
"I love you so much my baby, you are so cute that I want to kiss you forever." I said kissing his cheeks and he looked at me with his innocent eyes.
"You love me too right? My baby? You are my lovely baby. You are so cuddly." I said while hugging him and he did the same.
"Abi? What are you doing here with Jacob?" I heard Angel entering the room.
We gave Angel our best possible innocent look to which She laughed out loud.
Jacob barked and ran to the door when Blaize entered after Angel.
Yes, Jacob is a puppy of a labrador. He was saved from the street a week ago and everyone in the vet fell in love with him because of his bubbly nature.
"Hey there boy, I missed you too." Blaize chuckled as Jacob licked his face.
Jacob loves Blaize the most. Blaize also wanted to adopt him but Jacob needed medical attention first so after he'll get perfectly fit, he'll go with Blaize and Angel.
"I was confessing my love for him but he still chose Blaize over everyone." I pouted and Angel giggled while Blaize passed us a proud smile.
"Oh, Abi, everyone is here to have lunch. I wanted to ask if you want to join us? Please?" She asked and smiled.
"How can I say no to that sweet smile?" I said and she giggled.
Blaize went out with Jacob and I told Angel that I'll be there in a minute.
I checked the garden and filled the pet's bowls for lunch. They happily trailed to the bowls and started to have lunch.
We don't keep animals in cages because Angel didn't want them to be caged. So do I.
So we decided to make separate gardens for dogs and cats and for other animals instead of caging them.
They will feel the freedom and fresh air plus it makes them happy too.
Animals here are either saved from streets or if someone abandoned them due to their incapability or disease. But we welcome and take care of all the animals who come here.
It's been a month since I've been working here as animal's caretaker and sometimes help Angel in her office work too.
I work part time here and work with Adrian for the rest of the day.
