"That was great, Yuna! Please clap everyone," her teacher says.

She runs down the stage and into my arms. This feeling was great. No, it was everything. Having the love of your life around you. Taking care of them.

"You did amazing, my dear," I rock her up and down and touch my forehead to hers.

"Hehe," she giggles, "I hope I win."

"You will," I smile. Or I'll make sure you will.

"I need the bathroom," Yuna wriggles out of my grip and runs inside the school.

I walk towards the teachers and greet them.

"Hello, miss," I wave to Yuna's teacher.

"Hello, Mr Kim! How are you?" She asks with a grin.

"I'm fine, just wanted to know how Yuna is doing at school," I smile.

I take a sneak onto the paper she was holding. Yuna didn't win... But that's alright.

"She's amazing. She's very good at studying, does her homework on time, answers in class and she's very active. You have a talented child, sir," the teacher says.

"I see," I look directly into her eyes she freezes.

"Yuna won the competition," I state.

"Yuna won the competition," she repeats.

"Repeat it," I order.

"Yuna won the competition," she repeats.

"Good," I break eye contact with her.

"I'll be going, sir. We have to announce the winners!" She says as she corrects the piece of paper and leaves.

I turn to see Yuna running to me.

"Dear," I lift her, "All good?"

"Yes, Tae," she drapes her arms around my neck.

"Good," I smile.

"Good morning to all the parents, students and teachers present here. The competition was amazing! All the students sang beautifully. But, in the end, only one student can take home the medal. I am happy to announce that," the teacher drags, "The student who won the competition is... Yuna!"

I place her on the floor and she runs to accept her medal.

"Congratulation," her teacher puts the medal around her neck.

I snap pictures of her. She's so happy... I hope she remains happy.

"Tae!" She hugs my leg, "I won!"

"You won!" I smile and lift her, "You're so talented," I rub my nose with hers.

"Let's go to your favourite place to celebrate," I say.

"Let's go!" She cheers.

Yuna's POV

I was walking into the bathroom when I was tripped.

"Ouch," I rub my arms.

"Oh," didn't see you there, "Yuna," she mocks.

"It's okay," I stand up.

"I didn't ask for your forgiveness," she says.

"Oh, I'll just go then," I say.

"Not that fast," she says.
