Chapter 31

"Are you sure you're gonna be okay?" Pio asked.

Papunta kami ngayon sa place where Patricia's bridal shower will be. Sinabay na ako ni Pio kasi same way lang din naman ang sa groom's party. And besides I'm not in the mood to drive myself here. I'm much comfortable pag kasabay ko si Pio pagpunta at pag uwi.

Tumango tango ako bilang sagot sa tanong nya. Pinark niya muna ang sasakyan sa resort property.

Kinuha ko ang gamit ko from the back seat. 2 days lang naman ito. Nothing to worry about. Patricia's nice naman sakin when we last met. I don't think there will be any conflict that will happen naman. I'll enjoy this day na lang, medyo matagal na din kasi the last time I took some vacation.

I just hope this will be a good rest for me para maayos ko ang isip ko. Ayokong every time I will have sex with Pio, I will startled him by my crazy imagination.

Alam kong medyo nagtataka na si Pio about my sudden bursts. Pero he still not making it a big deal. After nung sex namin sa bathroom niya, he didn't question me but rather held me to him. He never asked, he just let me feel the love he can offer me.

Lumabas ako sa sasakyan with my duffel bag. I'm wearing a boho romper and my saltwater sandals kasi the party's place is at the beach.

Lumabas din si Pio ng sasakyan at lumapit sakin.

"Just call me kung magpapasundo ka na. Kahit anong oras pa. Kung di ka comfortable tell me. Okay?" he said putting his two hand beside my both arms, he's talking to me like I was a kid na ihahatid niya on the first day of class.

I laughed a bit.

"Opo." I answered mocking him.

He smiled and put his lips on my forehead.

"Hatid pa ba kita sa loob?" tanong nya.

"No. I'll be okay here. Sige na, you can go. See you on Monday morning." I said at naglakad na ko papunta sa resort's entrance.

I waved goodbye sa kanya. Hindi pa kasi siya sumasakay ulit sa sasakyan. Hinintay niya talaga akong makapasok inside.

"Good morning ma'am." bati sakin ng hotel staff na nagbukas ng glass door para sakin.

I looked back one last, para tingnan kung andun pa si Pio. He's inside his car na paalis.

Naglakad na ako papunta sa receptionist. I told her I'm a guest of Patricia. Tinawag niya yung nagbukas ng pinto sakin at pina assist niya ako dito.

Sinundan ko lang siya. Lumabas kami sa pinasukan kong building papunta sa beach area.

I almost stopped when I saw the beach. Sobrang ganda, lalo na when I felt the sand on my feet. Ugh. I feel relaxed already.

They have white sand here but not as white sa boracay. There are some cottages aligned. May iilan na tao na kasi it's 10am na din naman. Pero di siya ganun ka crowded like the other public beaches. And this is a long beach grabe. I heard it's a private property talaga walang kadikit na ibang resort.

Naglakad pa kami ng ilang minuto until marating namin ang parang villas nila na overlooking ang beach.

"Dito na po Mam." Saad niya at tinuro niya ang isang villa sa tapat namin.

"Thanks." sabi ko sa kanya. He just smiled and went on his way.

May parang poarch yung villa. It looks like a house in the woods ganun yung theme niya. Pero sliding glass door yung harap. I imagined what it looks like inside, kakagising mo lang and you'll see this beautiful beach in front.
