Listen. Listen. Listen. I am a major Teppei simp, especially when the 2.1 update came out and when he was rapidly aging.....bro my heart! Not to mention, he's dead!! That precious human being is gone from this world! This is going to contain major spoilers from the 2.1 update. So this is going to be some wholesomeness. Ok? Ok! Let's heal some hearts!

Wearing her battle uniform, (Y/n) stretched her arms over her head as she walked with Aether. It's been so long since (Y/n) had last taken on a battle while pretending to be a human. She really is supposed to be taking care of her own nation, but with the Fatui coming after each Archons Gnosis, there's no way (Y/n) is staying in Nishati. Besides, Audre is there to help protect the people, and the people are more than capable of protecting themselves from a few Fatui agents.

Lucky for (Y/n), Aether doesn't know about her secret. She is merely a traveler from Nishati, wishing to explore the world. Once she caught wind of Aether's search for his sister, she decided to join him. this was good for 2 reasons. 1), (Y/n) could hide herself amongst the humans and not get caught by the fatui. 2), She gets to travel and not be seen as an Archon. Lucky her.

Aether and (Y/n) were both under the orders of Thoma to go to the front lines and help the resistance. They had rushed from the teahouse to where the front lines were. Of course, when Aether was taken to her old friend's eternity, there was nothing she could do. If she were to let herself be caught, there's no telling what would happen if Ei knew Bia was in her home, trying to disturb her eternity.

"Hey Aether, I think we gotta go help that guy," (Y/n) pointed over to, what it appeared to be, a soldier surrounded by Samurri. "You wanna take them or me?"

"How about we both take him?" Aether suggested with a smile.

"Alright." The girl smiled as she ran towards the crouching soldier. Using her powers, she launched herself into the sky and plunged herself down in a mix of Electro and Pyro, causing overload.

Aether was using his new Electro powers against the opponents. Soon enough, all the Samurai were down, and this soldier was saved.

"Phew...You saved me," the man said, a relived smile on his face as he looked at the 3 travelers. "I thought I was about to die. Thank you so much for your help. I'm Teppei of the gobius Platoon. I'm with the resistance."

"The Gobius Platoon...?" (Y/n) had to try and hide her smiling face. "That is the most ridiculous name I've ever heard a platoon be called. don't laugh (Y/n)...this is not the time to be laughing!"

"I was sent to the front line just recently-i was looking forward to doing my part...Instead, it seems I fell at the first hurdle." Teppei frowned. He has a warriors spirit, but the luck of someone who broke a mirror, saw a black cat, and opened an umbrella inside.

"Hey, there's nothing wrong with that," (Y/n) patted his shoulder gently. "You'll be perfectly fine. Everyone has a slip up once in a while. What matters is that you're still alive."

"Thank you..." Teppei smiled at the smaller girl. He had admit, she was kinda cute. He snapped himself out of his high school boy phase and focused on the mission at hand. "So, uh...You aren't dressed like the resistance fighters- have you come here looking to sign up?"

        "Yes." Aether answered simply.

"Great!" Teppei smiled. "Just the other day I heard general Gorou complaining about how desperate we are for more people. your support will make a big difference. I'll escort you back to our camp...But first, let me bring you up to speed on our current situation. As you can see, the resistance are at a constant disadvantage when it comes to open confrontation. The goal of the Shogun's Army is to uphold 'eternity'. To this end, they  have the support of the Tenryou Commission's general, Kujou Sara, who commands an exceptional strong force. As for us..Vision bearers are few and far between as it is, and because of the Vision Hunt Decree, they're rarer than ever. the fact we're even able to hold out is thanks to the brilliant strategic mind of Her Excellency, Sangonomiya. we're also indebted to the great courage shown by General Gorou and the resistance troops," Teppei sighed. "if only I had a Vision myself...Not only would I be better placed to share Her Excellency and general Gorou's burdens, but I'd be able to hold my own on the battlefield too..."
