Dinner

This morning I woke up not feeling nausea. I was feeling light. Ako na mismo ang naligo at nag ayos. Thorn wasn't around the room, I went out and went exactly to his gym room.

Sumandal ako sa hamaba ng pinto while watching him doing push-ups. I traced my line of vision to his board shoulders down to his big butt.

I bite my lower lip. His back was sweating so bad. I suddenly imagine myself tracing the line on his back with my fingers. Tumigil siya at tumayo ng maramdaman ang aking presensya. His eyes directed to mine while mine was staring at his abs.

I release my lip and smiled at him looking up into his eyes. Lumapit siya sa akin at hinalikan ako sa ulo.

"Morning..." He whispered.

My hands automatically went to his abs.

"Your doing exercise?" I said stating the obvious.

"Uh-huh."

"Your sweating... a lot."

Pinasadahan ko ang kanyang abs, wiping the sweats off. Tumaas ang aking haplos patungo sa kanyang dibdib. I accidentally touch his nipples. He groaned and caught my wrist.

I pouted. His amused eyes drifted to mine he release my wrist. Pinatong ko ang aking kamay sa kanyang balikat. Wiping the sweats on it. I tiptoe to reach his lips.

He remains unmoving. I clash my lips with his multiple times before parting. Tumayo ako ng maayos and look at him with flickering eyes.

"Thorn..." I called him using my gentle voice.

Umigting ang kanyang panga at hinaplos ang aking likod. He muttered a curse eyeing my red lips before diving in and gave me a deep kiss.

Agaran akong napapikit at pinulupot ang braso sa kanyang leeg. I pushed myself closer to his body, feeling his warmth against mine. His taste immediately scattered in my mouth. I moan deliciously.

When he parted our lips. I felt something was missing. I stare at his eyes and pouted.

"Thorny..." Malambing kong aniya."...please?"

His jaw clenched. His hand on my waist remains still.

"The doctor didn't give us the go signal, yet."

"But we can do...oral..." Saad ko ang panghuli sa maliit na tinig.

I averted my eyes on his and remain on his chest. I can sense how amused he was. He held my chin to level our eyes. A smile was plastered on his lips.

Hinampas ko siya.

"Kung ayaw mo edi wag!" Umirap ako at tumalikod.

Humalaklak siya. Umirap ako sa ere. Nagdadabog akong nagtungo sa kusina. He followed me. I open the fridge to get foods. I give him a side glance when he leans on the sink beside me.

Pabagsak kong sinirado ang ref at tumakbo patungo sa kwarto.

"Dalhia, don't run!"

I ignore him and lock the door. I double-lock it. Ang ice cream at ibang pagkain nilagay ko sa mini ref.

Time pass by so fast it's been two and a half months seems I was pregnant. Hindi pa rin bumabalik sa trabaho si Thorn.

To unwind we went to their rest house. We are here for almost two weeks.

My baby bump is slowly showing. Though I still wear a bikini. Hindi naman kasi soya gaano kalaki and besides were the only one here in their beach resort.

Umopo ako sa buhangin habang tinatanaw si Thorn lumalayong sa malayo. The wind flew some strands of my hair. Sinikop ko ito at tinali.

We will extend our stay here for two weeks. I'm still having morning sickness but not badly like the first month.

Pinagmasdan ko si Thorn umahon his body was dripping wet, he pushes his hair backward to prevent the water dripping on his face. Nilahad ko sa kanya ang towel

"Are you done?"

Tumango siya.

Tumayo ako.

"It's getting dark and I'm hungry... I'm craving pizza and avocado..."

"Alright, let's clean up first. Then I'll buy you those foods."

Nagtunho kami sa aming cabin. Nauna akong naligo ng matapos agad siyang pumalit sa akin.

I sat down on the bed and watch NetFlix. I waited for Thorn to come back it's been 30 minutes since he left.

Napasimangot ako ng mag advertise ang burger king. Kinuha ko ang cellphone at tinawagan siya.

"Hmm?" He said in the other line.

"I change my mind instead of pizza I want burger king."

"Nakabili na ako ng pizza, Dalhia..."

"So? It's not my problem anymore. The baby wants burger king..."

"Dalhia, I'm two block away from the resort..."

My eyes starts to water for some reason, my hormones

"Bakit ayaw mo akong bilhan. Bakit, pagod ka na ba sa akin?" I cried.

"What? Were did you get that idea? Of course, not... Umiiyak ka ba?"

"So what if I'm crying! Bawal na bang umiyak ngayon?!"

"No, no!... Fuck!" He muttered a cursed.

"Minumura mo ba ako?"

"No, a cat suddenly cross the lane. "

"Excuses!" I hissed. " Wag kanang umuwi dito." Binabaan ko siya ng telepono.

I wiped my tears while sniffing. When I heard his car parked I immediately went under the blanket and cover my body with it.

I heard the door open I remain unmoving. I felt the bed sink beside me. He tried to remove the blanket but I did not let it happen.

"Baby..." Malambing nitong aniya. "C'mon let's eat. Hmm?"

Hinaplos niya ang aking bewang. Hindi parin ako gumagalaw.

"I bought your burger."

"Ayokong kumain," malamig kong aniya.

He heavy sighed. Tumayo siya sunod na nangyari ay naramdaman ko ang paglubog ng kama sa aking tabi. I felt the blanket on the other side rose.

Agad kong naramdaman ang mainiy niyang palad sa aking tyan. Hinahaplos niya ang aking baby bump. His nose rest on the blades of my shoulder.

Nanindig ang aking balahibo sa bawat pag tama ng hininga niya sa aking balat.

He kisses my blades up to my soft spot.

"I'm sorry... Can my baby forgive me?" He whispered softly.

Hindi parin ako umimik. Nagulat siya ng suminghot ako. Tears were coming out from my eyes. Umahon siya sa pagkakahiga at hinarap ako. He wiped my tears away.

"Why are you crying?" He ask.

Umiling ako. He went closer and kissed both of my eyes.

"Stop crying..."he said softly ."...hmm?" He kissed my lips once, then twice until it became long and deep.

He parted our lips and look at me with his piercing gaze.

Ganon parati ang eksena naman araw araw. I'm impress with his patience towards me. I was very moody this days. I quickly change my mood in a snap.  Hindi ko rin siya guatong nawawala sa aking paningin. I would cry a lot of times because of smaller reasons.

I'm a bad person when being pregnant. Sometimes naawa ako sa kanya dahil sa lahat ng utos ko. Hindi ko naman siya naririg nag reklamo. Besides ito ang gusto niya. He wants a baby eh.

While living with him for the past months I picture myself spending the rest of my life with him. I can see my future bright and well with him. I can say he's the one God sent to me.
